The search system is utterly useless. Just wanted window 10 home. Tried every keyword i could think. Every search brought up tons of garbage software but not what i searched for.

Fraud !!! I purchased a license for WIN 10 Home. The license key does not work; it is invalid. I requested a new key or a refund. The new license key was not sent, and the money was not refunded. They are fraudsters !!

I'm surprised you're responding. I sent three emails to support over four days, but no one replied! My order number is: G24-GO2008100638502. Please send me a new license key or refund my money.

I bought a license for Windows 10. The license doesn't work. I wrote three emails to support. No one responded. I wrote a review on Trustpilot. Suddenly, they responded. They replied once and haven't responded since. I have asked four times for a new license key or a refund. No one responds. They are scammers. They sell illegal licenses that don't work. Don't buy their products.

I bought several Office 2021 licenses and a Windows 11 Pro license from Godeal24. Everything went smoothly : all the Office keys worked perfectly on the first try. I had a small issue activating Windows 11, but the support team responded quickly (even on a Sunday!) and provided me with a new key that worked immediately. Excellent customer service and great prices. Highly recommended!

I purchased a lifetime license for Office 2021 that stopped working, and Microsoft said godeal24 is not authorized to sell it because it's a volume license, hence illegal to resell.
I've contacted godeal24 several times, but they've completely ignored me. Don't waste your money on illegal licenses these people sell, as once they stop working, you'll be ignored.

Edit: oh, now that I publicly shamed you you want to help but you ignored 10 emails for me during the past week?? That's how unprofessional you are! Anyway, my order number is: GO2008104354128
And don't tell me it's a license I bought a few years ago because you sold it to me as a lifetime license!

they wrote to me 2 emails:

first one: we have found that your order GO2008104354128 was previously returned and refunded. So you need to purchase the activation code yourself.
Therefore, you used our activation code for free, why do you still give a negative review?

second one a few minutes later:
We checked and found that you had opened a PayPal case before, but the refund failed.
We will processed a refund for you again.
We apologize for any inconvenience and thank you for your understanding.

So basically they ignored my emails untill they saw my public review here, implied I'm a scammer when they scammed me themselves with an illegal license ,and finally didn't even refund me, and now they're asking me to delete this review.
The fact still stands: they got my money and I don't have a working license.
We will see if they're really going to refund me today...

they've just written an email to me telling me they had refunded me.
Anyway, as they ignored my emails until I published a negative review here trying to scam me, de facto, and because they sell volume license (which is illegal to do) this review stays here as a warning to everyone. Avoid this company.

I bought an Office 2021 Proffesional plus licence. Installed it successfully but the key was not valid any more. I contacted a support office with several mails but no help or explanation from their side. I am dissapointed a lot.

Got the Windows 11 key emailed right after purchase, activated without issues.

I ordered about ten Microsoft licenses and had no problems, except for one time when one of the licenses had an issue. But the Godeal24 support team reacted very quickly and provided me with a new license. So for me, it’s flawless. I recommend them.

It's not the first time I've baught from godeal24. Great response and great support from the customer service. Prices are amazing.
