There has been problems with the IBV connecting sometimes it just sit and spins. I have to try a few times? Customer service is pretty quick though in making decisions.

the funds never arrived on time as per thier timetable. Customer Service has not replied to emails regarding this issue. Getting the loan was quick but not actually receiving the funds.

After having lots of loans with GoDay…
After having lots of loans with GoDay they usually don't trust you even with so many loans with them and once they realise you're a returning customer they only give small funds. And the weirdest thing is that you fill the application and get approved which is not the true as they get back to you with way lesser amounts with numerous emails. Did not like this experience.
