Solid reporting options, but disappointing contract inflexibility for long-term users

I’ve used GoCanvas for many years and the reporting options are good, but the pricing and changes to minimum licensing numbers and 12-month term make it too expensive. It’s really disappointing.
It’s a solid product, but the rigid contract terms and lack of flexibility mean I’ll be moving away from GoCanvas. I couldn’t recommend it under these conditions.

Rip off

This company gets ridiculously more expensive every year. It adds unscheduled fees during the year that make the product a complete rip off

Avoid at all costs

Very expensive for what it is. One of our users accidentally added additional users which massively increased our cost. Tried to speak with customer services and explain the issue. Won’t respond and just keep taking the money. Can’t wait to get away from them. Avoid!

I have been dealing with this company…

I have been dealing with this company for over 2 years got hit with a new fee and they were shouting cancel my subscription and just got another fee cause they went up in price mid year the only way to cancel is to dispute the charges and pray your credit card company will shut this down there customer service is horrible

It was a good well priced app but once…

It was a good well priced app but once you sign up there is no going backwards. We needed to streamline our apps to help cut costs and stream line our process and they would not let us go back once you sign up for a certain amount of forms you can't reduce you can only increase.
Bottom line they would not give us the services we need and said your under contract and we don't care what you need.
They did not care what we needed as a business so once the conttract is up we are leaving and have other well priced apps that work with what we need.

Please beware!!

I strongly advise against using GoCanvas for any form creation needs. Firstly, their pricing structure is quite exorbitant, making it an unsuitable option for many users. However, the most concerning aspect of GoCanvas is their customer service. Cancelling a subscription is notoriously difficult, and the process is often cumbersome.
I currently have a three-seat subscription for their service that I no longer require. When attempting to cancel it, I discovered that the only available method is to initiate a support ticket. While this an inconvenience, it is not an insurmountable obstacle.
Upon requesting cancellation, I received a letter informing me that there is a hidden clause in the fine print that binds me to a yearly contract, despite my monthly subscription payments. Consequently, I am now obligated to pay for almost another year of service before my subscription can be terminated.
Given these challenges, I strongly recommend exploring alternative form creation solutions that offer more user-friendly and cost-effective options.

Worst company to deal with.

Worst company to deal with.
First of all, I asked if they can make a certain form with certain spec (functions) within certain period.
The sales rep sent me e-mail that they can do it.
During the process of making forms I have sent many e-mail, but the developer did not reply in timely manner.
Also, the developer did not answer my questions directly.
For example, I asked when I can see the demo version, and the developer told me "we are working on it" and did not give me the date.
The worst part is that the form did not completed in time, so I asked for refund.
However, the developer told me that the form is completed, so there will be no refund.
I contacted the developer's manager & account manager, but the answer was the same - no refund.
They told me "It is in our agreement" and not even trying to understand why I am asking the refund.
No one admit that the form was incomplete.
I feel like this is fraudulent & our company is going to have court case.
Anybody read this review - trust me.
This is the WORST COMPANY EVER to deal with.

From $0 to $1,350

Was blown away. They had a free service for casual users. Eliminated the free service and went from free to $1350 USD a year. Classic bait and switch!

BEWARE! CHARGING FOR NON-USERS

Horrible customer service. They do not tell you when signing up that once you commit to a certain number of users that you are locked in and can't reduce so if you terminate an employee you are stuck paying for them as a user. Taking advantage of businesses and not even willing to work with them so that they can continue to get the business.
