Terrible service! My toothbrush has broken within the warranty, and they are not replying to my emails. Furthermore they took my money for a brush head subscription, but never sent any brush heads. They are completely unresponsive.
DO NOT BUY!
Also their whole marketing campaign was: "we trust our product so much that we give you 5 years warranty" but now after two years and it is already broken, there is just no response.
1 star is the best I can give. I am beginning to believe this company has gone bankrupt. They do not answer emails or give delivery date for prepaid products. I would like to return everything but they are utterly unavailable. I did receive the the electric toothbrush, but the brushes are 2 weeks overdue. This company should be blocked from doing business in Danmark.

GoBrush had issues with their warehouse and delivery service. But once they were notified, they were very quick to respond and I got my order 2 days later.
