Incompetent delivery service

Incompetent delivery service. A guy called me and asked, point blank, "What's your address?". I had to ask who he was and why was he asking this. He then told me he was trying to deliver a parcel. We worked out the he inverted my street number and my appartment number (went to "X Streetname Blvd, apt 1234" instead of "1234 Streetname Blvd, apt X"). Marked me as unavailble in system and didn't hear from them since. Impossible to change address in system as it tells me I'm in another country (I'm not, and I'm not using a VPN).

GoBolt help center is of no help and it's impossible to reach them.

Do not do business with them. Do not do business with anyonr who uses them.

I received my package today

I received my package today. The only reason I knew it had arrived was there was a LARGE clunk sound at my front door. It must have been thrown at the door. If it had been set down on the step I wouldn’t have heard a thing. I actually spoke to the drive and she denied throwing it at the front door. I told that I hoped my product wasn’t broken. She said there wasn’t a FRAGILE sticker on it. I thanked her and walked away.
