The equipment I ordered came defective…
The equipment I ordered came defective and when I contacted customer service I was told that the supplier would be contacted for a response. After several days without any additional response I contacted customer service again and was eventually told a new item would be shipped within 1 - 2 days. As of this writing I am still waiting for the replacement item. It's obvious that GobekUSA is simply a middleman in the supply chain.

Awesome Sweeper
I just received my sweeper. It was very easy to assemble, charge, and begin using. It picks up everything off of the hardwood floors and tile floors with just one pass. This sweeper really is awesome!! It’s also easy to open the dustbin and empty the debris. I’m so glad I saw this sweeper and purchased it!!

I would give zero stars if I could
My experience could not have been worse. I ordered a sink in July to be fabricated with an 8 to 14 week lead time. I designed a bathroom entirely around this piece.
Fast forward to after the 14 week mark, I reach out and they tell me that they have lost the item. They asked me to wait while they found it, but that turned into another month of almost no contact. They stopped answering my emails and I was forced to file a claim with my credit card company before I ever heard back from them. Then when they reached out, they said they would just cancel the order even though I had asked repeatedly for a replacement because there was still time for my project to receive a replacement within their expedited shipping window.
What they should have done is sent a replacement rather than ghost me. I was shocked at the lack of responsiveness and I was really dismayed. I would give this company zero stars if I could, I cannot tell you how disappointed I am.
