I’ve never been disgusted anymore in my life. Guys robbed me of my money you sent me used and abuse shoes in a worn out box I paid for new in a box and express shipping. Shipping was wonderful, but the product was faulty. Was not what was described and not only that scamming. You guys decide to scam people by giving us two different pair of shoes. One has this date on it. The other one has another date on it. If that’s not the biggest scam then I don’t know what is you promised customers satisfaction and you don’t give them satisfaction you give them the choice of keeping the money but buying more used products that are 50 toss up on faultiness. Where is the logic of forcing a customer to buy from you again after they’ve had some of the worst experience. I’m pretty sure you’re not gonna read this one because this would really change the company not only change. The company will give you guys a reality check but since this honesty and calling the company out as a fraud would most likely not be known throughout the company or business itself, cause it’s not a great review. I just feel who’s ever at the company factory. Picking these items need to be reviewed. Need to be checked and make sure they love their job so they can give your customers the best product possible. I never got a chance to speak to a human entity. Talking to AI does not show concerns nor does nothelp a customer understand how much your company cares. That’s for every company in the sense. Need to go back to human beings to talk to so we know that as customers you care. Until then, we’re just another number with a bank account to spend money with you guys. Overall, I just think you guys are a scam in the fraud. If there is no way to talk to the companies’s business people to let them know what’s wrong. There is no need for you to ask people for surveys. The customer needs to talk to people in the office so that way we can know exactly if this situations are being talked about or not. If this is just something you guys do for business purposes.

I absolutely love ordering from goat. Also the customer support is amazing! However, the shipping methods are horrible! The one company they used called “Sway” keep delivering my packages to the wrong address and I never receive my items. This is extremely frustrating, so bcuz of it I won’t be ordering for awhile until goat comes up with a better shipping or pick up location.

Horrible experience and I’m a frequent customer this is by far the worst experience for me yet my correct address and apartment was there and they still delivered to wrong address never received my package and they are giving me the run around to receive my refund !

For overnight shipping . My delivery was rescheduled for an additional day so I paid extra to not have next day shipping I contacted goat they took no accountability did not offer a resolution for the inconvenience
