Went in for a consultation in Jan waited over 2 hours for the consultation. It was very busy which I understood with tax session. I told the young lady that I wouldn’t be ready to do any surgery until March when I could take time off to recuperate. She said no problem I’ll give you a call March 2. I ask if I needed to do anything before that day she stated no. March 2 came and went they rescheduled my follow up call for March 3 with a new person. When I spoke to the young lady the price shot up by almost 1,000 because I didn’t leave a deposit which I never was told to do. This place is to busy being fast pace and has no respect for patient care or integrity on how they treat patient. They need to make sure everyone is on the same page and know the companies protocol. I was quoted a price and that price should still be good 2 month later. They busy taking people money and not explain protocol. Sad cause I was looking forward to getting work done.

One star is being generous . They the most unprofessional people I’ve ever dealt with my life . For a life changing decisions women are making you would think they would care but nope just straight money hungry never answer your questions and always changing stories to adding fees and fees ....,.i honestly think their billing department and coordinators pocket side money because what they tell you and what you sign is two different things and I hope they are eventually shut down for their schemes ..... I did not proceed with surgery with them after deposit and all . I will see them in hell tho because I will not stop writing about them and harassing them til I get my money back because they are liars . They don’t even bother looking to seeing who you are . If they hear money then they might just look at your profile a little more . They are not trust worthy people and after looking at more reviews I’m even more upset because a lot of these reviews were not on here or google til recently and when I first looked into them it was two years ago
I was excited . I’m not sure if management is new or the workers but whoever you guys are you suck so bad and you need to do better . And any doctors who read this from goals I can tell you that you loosing money from a lot of people because of your staff ... I rather pay twice elsewhere before I give goals anything especially with their staff

Ladies before you book, please believe all the negative reviews. Goals does not care about their patients at all. You will walk out with thousand's of dollars lost and no results.

In January 2019 I had gotten a BBL done by Dr. Perkins I was so excited and looking forward to my new body. I probably should have did more research but after meeting the coordinators at GOALS they convinced me I was in good hands. I was originally scheduled with Dr. David who I heard from the grape vine was fired so they scheduled me to have my surgery with Dr. Perkins. I had the surgery and I was not satisfied I got the ultimate package with all the bells and whistles, from drainage to 11 massages, creams, fajas, back board, front board, butt cushion, and much more. On my 6 month follow up I met with Dr. Perkins who I shared my concerns with and he convinced me that the lumps on my stomach were abs. I then waited till my 9 month visit voiced my concerns on social media in a private DM with GOALS asking to meet with Dr. Voskin for a consultation and a revision with him. I met with Dr. Voskin for our scheduled consultation on Oct 26 in Harlem and expressed my concerns with him knowing I had surgery done with his colleague and not him. He approved my revision for 375 and 1500 if I wanted the fat transfer. I had been quoted 375 because of my contract which indicated that I am entitled to a revision as long as I bought the complete post op package with the massages, did not get pregnant, did not fluctuate in weight, was before a year and NO WHERE did it mention that I needed to go to the original doctor on the contract that did my original surgery for a revision. One why would I go to someone that botched it up, two why would I get it done by my original surgeon if he wasn’t who I saw for my revision consultation. Anyways during the consult with Dr. Voskins not only approved the revision but provided his schedule time for HIM to do it. I put the down payment to get it done on December 5, 2019. I scheduled my day off as well as set up transportation and completed a medical clearance from my primary doctor to get the surgery. I met representatives at GOALS face to face for my 2 weeks pre op on Nov 16 and the two day pre op Dec 3 at the Harlem location where I received my surgery instructions and paperwork reminding me who I was getting surgery with DR. VOSKINS. Also in between I was conversing with their billing department making payments. So I was in constant contact with the facility who had complete access to my chart no concerns were expressed at all. So on Dec 4 at 4pm I was at work and received a voicemail from Demetria stating that they are canceling my surgery with Dr. Voskin but they took me off the schedule with no other options. She tells me that I am supposed to go to surgery with the person that did my original surgery. What if I was from out of town? I just couldn’t fathom the irresponsible and unethical business manor that they are trying to get away with. I not only invested money but time they wanted me to get surgery done with someone who messed up my body to begin with. Then calls me hours before to let me know without any solution. They think that just because they have my money that I am at their mercy. I believe that what Dr. Voskin and his staff did to me was unprofessional. I voiced my opinion not putting them down just asking for a call back and they blocked me from social media. They said if I get my surgery done with Dr. Voskin it would be a new surgery that would cost 5000. The crazy part is that he met me consulted with me, approved and scheduled my surgery and then treats his patients this way. They are thieves and worse of all heartless.

I will try and keep this short and sweet but to the point. First of all ladies if you go on the RealSelf app you will find that Goals Plastic Surgery account has been deleted or blocked. Real self has found the fried in this place. I do had surgery by then and June 2019 of which I have currently gotten half of my money back by fighting through my credit card companies and other sources. I am about to take them to court for the balance. I can say that they are very unprofessional and they do a lot of unethical things in that practice. If anyone took time to notice when they went in for their procedure you would realize that there were pills missing from your bottle of meds. They tell you to come in with all of your medication in the bottle they administered two of each to you or three but once you leave your pain medication has been depleted as well you don’t get your Xanax bottle back we should still have one Xanax in it. Then I won’t even go into what happen with my procedure but I will tell you this ladies always get a copy of your operative report. My operative report proved that they did nothing to me. Once they wrote the time they started to the time they finished It reflected that it only took them 27 minutes to do a lipo 360 with a BBL. Then when you continue to read the report you’ll see how many liters of fat they took and how much they injected into your buttocks. Knowing the procedure, anyone would know 400 Ml of fat injected into the buttocks is nothing when you have a total of 5 Liters to be a maximum in New York State to be removed. My report indicates that I only had 1200 mL of fat remove then after it was cleaned I was left with 800 mL yet only 400 was injected. Unlike others, I was able to see the doctor after my procedure but it was a few days later. I had made a complaint regarding the my results and why I had no pain in any areas especially my butt. Needless to say, my appointment with the doctor and the nurses proved the unprofessional and the BS practiced in this establishment. I recorded with my phone every visit and conversation that I had with anyone there. I will not be specific as to what was said because anyone from that organization reading this would know who I am. But what I will tell you is what was said to me by the doctor should not be said to any human being. I have been deleted from all of their social media accounts and they did this before even knowing that I was coming after them. I could continue and give more details but this would end up being a book and that is not what this site is for. Ladies do your research you don’t have to go by my story just be very careful on what you spend your money on to make yourself happy.

This place is awesome and provides great prices and great work. Way more cost efficient to go here than other places, trust me girls ive done the research (within the us) cause going oversees is not safe. i had just regular lipo and it did a world of a difference on my body. Totally reccomend them for lipo

I fell for the Hype too. GUYS PLEASE PLEASE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!! My surgery date was Sept 7th. I am now 8 weeks post op, and my Dr was Perkins. I had an uneven Lipo, my left side is flatter than my right. One side sticks out and the other doesn't. My Booty isn't even either. My contract stated for back fat to be removed, and it wasn't. The last thing I want to do is go through all that again meaning revision. Ladies there are many of us that are not happy who also had Dr. Perkins we all have similar complaints. I know because when I would wait for my massage we would all talk. I have try to speak up on their Instagram page, and I was blocked. It's crazy how you should be able to share your experience, and help other ladies by it, but nope. I am sure this is what they have done, and that's why we never see anyone sharing their bad experience because once they do they get blocked, and everything looks all good. Ladies! Just like you I came here and read these reviews, and I still did it. I swore that it might be different for me, and boy was I wrong. Please save yourself the headache. I can't stress it enough.

Do not, under any circumstance, get your surgery done here. It will be the worst experience of your life. Got my "surgery" done in February (Lipo/BBL) by Dr. Maria. They removed NO FAT. Both my stomach and my butt still looked the exact same. They kept telling me it was swelling and it would go down. That never happened.They'e liars. I kept calling their customer service to set up a consultation with the doctor and they kept refusing to make me an appointment because it had not yet been 4 months since the surgery. Imagine not being able to see your doctor right after a surgery. Aren't follow ups normal procedure? Complete BS. The customer service representatives are also rude and nasty. I went to a different doctor to get some information and they clarified for me that it was left over fat. Goals taught me the difference between a real doctor and a BS doctor's office. Do not go to GOALS. The worst money I've ever spent in my entire life, no exaggeration.

Its so hard to put into words how happy i am with my results! Goals has to have some of the best work across the country, and I'm not even just talking about what I saw online, but the girls who I actually saw coming in for follow ups...including myself! Its been about 5 months since I got my bbl and lipo360 done, and while the recovery was reallly tough, goals was with me through every step. They checked up on me, the aftercare was great, i really couldn't have been happier with the service. And I look better than i thought i would! Dr. Voskin is an artist, I haven't see another doctor come close to his results. I really wish i could personally thank everyone there, the doctors, coordinators and the rest of the staff, just an overall amazing experience all around!!!

Super unprofessional. Don’t go here. They trick you into signing a contract to take your money and then when you realize what you’ve done there’s no way to get your money back and they get angry that you want your money back. Front desk lady got an attitude with me after I said I wanted a refund. What kind of service is that?

Super clean place and my results after Lipo were great. Don’t be fooled by those negative reviews from cheap people who have no patience. This place is worth it especially when you’re already getting such a great deal for such good work totally recommend

Waste of money, If you are traveling from another state please go to Miami or DR. I went for surgery April 12th. I traveled from another state so I did all of my pre op stuff online and over the phone. When I say I am not able to contact anyone regarding questions and concerns after surgery I CAnnoT CONTACt ANYONE!!! They keep scheduling a callback but no one ever calls back!! The customer service is AWFUL!! They treat you like this procedure is cheap! Every staff member is unprofessional, they Drs assistant didn't even look qualified to assist him in procedure. They start the procedure before the numbing medicine kicks in and i felt everything, it was so painful! My Apt was at 6am. I can say I look a little better but now that half of the fat has died it is not good results. My bmi was already low but they still said that I qualified and took my money. But my body is almost the same! I know that I am only 7 weeks post op but I should not see a pouch under my naval!! That was my main reason for getting the surgery, that and back fat. I was only 120 lbs when I went in. Like I said I see a difference but hardly. And I hate that my body looks great with the faja but when I take it off it is not as good and my butt doesn't stay lifted so I hate that!! I can't wear that faja forever but that is the only way my butt looks good and lifted like it suppose to be! I know that I am everywhere but it just was so many disappointments that I don't know where to start! It is nothing like they promote on social media!! They refuse to do social media for me because I wanted people to see a slim doll since they never post any. Everyone is medium sized. So they knew it wasn't OK or BOMB! I am not rich I can't afford to get a second bbl and lipo and plus I don't have the weight to do so. My massage lady here at home has been feeling knots in my stomach so I have been calling them consistently and they keep scheduling a call back but they never call back!! I feel that aftercare questions and concerns deserves a lot more attention especially for out of town patients! But they don't give a dame!! I so wish I would have went to Miami or the DR. Their massage rooms are awful! And I cannot stress enough about how unprofessional the staff is! The communication SUCKKSS! Before and after procedure. It was hard enough for me to contact them before and I should have taken signs then but I knew that they were extremely busy and popular. But ladies, if you are out of town and traveling here it is not worth it. My procedure was done by Dr Perkins and he was so nice, funny and cool but he started working on me wayyyy to early, Before my numbing medicine kicked in. Also, the procedures are done at a separate location from 251, down the street. On procedure day they never said that so I sat out front of 251 for about 45 min calling and waiting for someone to open. The whole time i was suppose to go down the street!! The communication sucks!! Anyway, I was so distraught when he was doing the numbing because they said it would feel like a tattoo however it was like 10 tattoo needles instead of one so yes it hurt so bad! I kept moving so they gave me another Xanax and that knocked me out, I don't remember anything after that. I just wish he would have gave the numbing more time to work because I feel like with me moving and being in so much pain I wasn't able to get great results. But they keep telling me it is to soon to judge my body and to wait at least 3 months before judging results. It doesn't take 3 months to notice that my butt sits up more with the faja than w/o. Also, they did not allow me to speak with the doctor AT ALL after procedure.. I was too drugged up the 1st day but for my post op massages I was not able to see or speak with him because I was disappointed my the 2nd day after showering and finally seeing my body! Before I came they told me that since I was from out of town that I would have to follow up with the Dr before I leave. I stayed for 7 days. When I tried scheduling my follow up before my flight, they said that I couldn't follow up with the Dr until 3 months after procedure and that I'd have to do my one week follow up with the nurse! I just can;t get over the terrible communication and terrible service. I spent over $9000 for this trip, procedure, items and aftercare! And the facility should look a lot better with them making all of that money. Well I thought it would have looked better than it did. There's hardly anywhere to park and the area is so trashy outside. OMG NY is trashy especially in the area where the facility is.

Its been one full year since my Brazilian butt lift procedure and I cannot begin to tell you how happy I am with these results!! My surgeon, Dr. V. did a tremendous job. He was really sweet and caring before, and after my procedure. Goals' staff was very helpful, and their facility in the city is immaculate. The thing i appreciated the most was their honesty, I had so much surgery in mind and they could have easily gotten way more money out of me, but Dr. V. was very honest and because of my past medical history he recommended i take things slowly. This is the place to be in the NYC area ....or better yet the entire country! My sister is even flying out from Florida (the home of plastic surgery lol) to have her Lipo 360 & BBL done by Dr. V after seeing my results!

I had a wonderful experience with Goals Plastic Surgery. I put on a lot of weight after having my two children, and had trouble sticking to any diet or exercise plan long term. After finding Goals on instagram, I contacted them immediately and was able to fill out a consult form online. They offered me an amazing deal on a Lipo 360 procedure, and I am in love with my new body! My surgeon Dr. V. was really extremely professional and explained everything to me in detail. The staff was also really helpful and kept me on top of every important detail Dr. V really is best plastic surgeon NYC currently has practicing. Great experience overall!

I’ve been a client of Goals Plastic Surgery for years. I had multiple procedures done by them and Im always so impressed by the work of Dr. V! He’s amazing and the fact that Goals offers financing is a huge help too, I paid for by BBL over the course of a few months and I’m real pleased with the results.

I’ve been coming to Goals for about 5 years now and they just keep getting better and better! Being such a longtime customer its really nice to see them expanding and moving into new offices in other parts of the city. They deserve it all, no offense to any other practice but Goals Plastic Surgery is hands down the best in NYC! They seriously offer the best patient care I’ve ever experienced. While most doctors are rude and stuck up, my surgeon doctor V was amazing. Just the sweetest man around! The staff was really nice, and fun to chat with. Top to bottom just a great group of people. They’ve done lipo, Brazilian butt lift, and some Botox and fillers for me so far. And I’m currently waiting to get a breast lift done in the fall, I really can’t wait

Growing up I’ve always had small breasts. In middle school and high school when all my friends were getting larger chests, I always felt left out! So as soon I saved some money up after high school I knew I wanted to get a breast augmentation. I was introduced to Goals through a friend online, and it truly was the best decision I ever made! Their prices are amazing, and they do some of the best work I ever seen. Going through their before and after’s some of their work is unreal! Complete transformations! Regardless of how long I wanted my boobs, I was always really nervous about surgery. I was super anxious walking in but after my consultation I got to meet dr. Perkins who would be my surgeon and he was the nicest guy and seemed really professional too. That really put me at ease. Fast forward to a few months later, my procedure was a huge success! I went from an A to a small D cup and my body has never looked better. I am scheduling another consultation with Goals next month for some other work now too!
