My order took a month to get it, the customer service was bad since we reached them out trough email and the response was: there was a mistake with the order and that’s why is taking too long.

Guess what? Not only took a month but also there was ACTUALLY a mistake.
NO clubs World Cup patch in the Jersey when I actually paid for it.

My order was a gift and I couldn’t deliver on time.

I’m requesting a refund.

Goalkits is massive scam , don’t pay directly as you won’t get your money back , if online shopping too good 90% of times is because is scam , if you see that your customer service contact email just a gmail means they are not registered

My order UKAD1145 never arrived! No response to emails. Total ignorance! Terrible company Avoid!! Ordered in August 72h delivery one month later no sign of the parcel!! Very disappointed

First kits I ordered Brazil 98 and Juventus with Nedved I ordered were okay. But then the second lot I ordered - were awful - the quality on all of them are poor. Really disappointed.

when i order it the delivery time is 72 house still i haven get it more than 15 day, they don't even replay may email i sent it 4 days before. I'm not happy with them i don't think i get may order also becarfulllllllllllll
