Ordered a watch strap. Delivery was on time, exactly as stated on the website. Everything arrived in perfect condition. Very happy with my order.

Item got lost in customs and it was proven that but they told me I had to speak to the postage company to see where it was and continuously refused to give me a refund. I gave up eventually and luckilly I paid through Paypal and they refunded. They are ok if the item arrives but if theres any issues dont expect any help tracking things down or getting a refund. Wont be using again!

Great other than return postage
I bought a pair of football boots for my son. He’s got wide feet so they were a bit tight and I needed to return them. No issues with the product or service but why do you need to charge £10.99 return postage for a UK address? It leaves the customer with a bad taste in their mouth!

Don't buy from here
To say this company is a joke would be an understatement. I ordered on 8th of January paid for express delivery 3-5 days it took them 8 days for the package to get to Germany then it was sat there for 14 days it's now 29 days since I ordered and I'm still waiting onbthe delivery I've contacted them numerous times and to be told to be patient that they are investigating it. They couldn't find their hole with both hands. As I said terrible service (shipped after it was supposed to arrive) then another 3 weeks and still nothing.
In case someone actually sees this the order is 55382517

had never used Goalinn before
had never used Goalinn before. I was looking for a pair of football boots for my grandson. The website was so easy to navigate, with a number of options to pay. Communication from placing the order was fantastic with regular updates via email. The boots arrived within Goalinn's estimated delivery time. I was very impressed by the quality of the boots. I would definitely recommend Goalinn if you are in the market for sports wear.

Obscene return fees
I’ve bought a few items from this website but never again. Outrageous £10.99 return cost which on top of a £5.99 delivery fee leaves me nearly £17 out of pocket for a pair of football boots that unfortunately didn’t fit.
