I’m very enthousiaster about Goalinn. I Bought Shingards. The price was very Interesting instead of other suppliers. Next time I gonna buy again. My package came in good condition and I’m very happy with it. One small detail I didn’t like was the shippingperiod. I live in the Netherlands and I think my package came from Spain so thats why I had to wait a little bit. But after all it was not a big thing form me because the price I paid makes it all up for me!

Really bad company
Really bad company. I bought a Hummel jersey for my kid which after a few times of use looked terrible from all the lints, it was bot even washed. My return got denied due to policies and they closed the case. I then contacted Hummel support which stated that they should have accepted it within 2 years. Really bad company if you have issues. Pleas buy elsewhere!!

Do not use this website unless you can wait months for your product to arrive
I placed an order on 10 July, with the estimated delivery date of 15-17 July. After multiple follow ups by myself, I still don't have the products, even though every time I contact them the customer team says it's being dispatched in the next couple of hours. There is still no delivery date. Hopeless website - especially as they charge £11.99 for P&P!

I wasn't overly happy with the service.
I bought a tracky top from Goal/Trade Inn.
It arrived in around 2 weeks after paying £11 postage.
The jacket was too big so I started a return. You have to pay Goal/Trade Inn for postage another whopping £12 and a separate transaction. You cannot post yourself. The return address is in the UK so for a small package £12 is profiteering.
Another 2 weeks later I got refunded. I paid £45.99 for the top however I was refunded £44.99.
I am not going to complain over a quid, I would rather just shop elsewhere from now on.
There is something not quite right about this business.

1. The track & trace code link doesn't work, since it carries an extra "letter", once you only copy "the digits" and enter it on the courier's website, it "tracks".
2. You need to pay around €7,50 (in Europe) for "return label", in case you consider returning an item.

poor poor poor company and sales policy. boots too small after being advised to order normal size. did this and they are too small. Returned boots and cost £12 for postage. Asked to exchange for a UK 11.5 on them receiving return. They can not do it? Really?? How poor. Expect me to order again, another £200 for boots i needed yesterday and took ages to arrive. God this is a krap service. I shall order from a reputable UK company now and pay more for a better customer service. This highlights the problems of ordering online when high street shop not available. Update: Return parcel sitting waiting to be picked up, 2 days now.
