The team has been hands on, ultra focused on our success. They were dedicated to nailing our messaging but more importantly translating that to the ads and overall flow to capture a ton of leads really fast. Within a week of starting the campaign, we had over 30 leads in our ICP with low ad spend. Love working with this team!

I strongly caution anyone considering working with Jake Roper. In my experience, he consistently overpromised and underdelivered. He made verbal guarantees that were later dismissed, and when the project failed to produce results, he refused to take responsibility—shifting blame instead.
What stood out most was not just the lack of results, but the pattern of evasive communication, revisionist explanations, and a clear absence of integrity. There was no accountability, no resolution—only deflection.
I regret not researching more thoroughly. If you’re considering working with him, take this as your warning.
You will see in his reply that he will point the finger at me. No accountability for his own actions. Beware, you will be working with a child and a bunch of incompetent virtual assistants. I don’t even care about the money I lost - this is simply a warning. If you want to reach me I’ll show you all communications with him - all the promises, lies and gaslighting. My email is jon at ijjproperties.com. No one should ever deal with this guy ever again. His word means nothing. He’s dangerous.

This is the best value for your money in the market. I have purchased another course before purchasing Adstra training. I didn't get as much information as am getting here. Sherlock Holmes strategy makes it super simple to accomplish most of your marketing needs. I'm highly impressed and thank you for giving so much value.

Having just started with the Adstra training, I also purchased the OTO courses offered and glad I did. Started with the recommended course, and looking at the marketing aspect, it's surprisingly different and encouraging from other products I've purchased. Again, just having started and impressed from the get-go is again why I'm happy I purchased the added offers. I look forward to learning the strategies and counting on them to make a difference in my business.

My company just completed a 6 month contract with Jake and Adstra. We talked to many similar companies and decided Adstra was the way to go, because we really liked Jake and what he was saying, as well as the money-back guarantee. Jake promised us 25 (we asked for 15, he said 25 was a no-brainer) QUALIFIED BOOKINGS per month or money back. We completed the long initiation forms as a team and began the process. We had weekly calls with Jake at first, but then this stopped and we were passed along to admin. During the last 4 months of the contract I met with Jake 1 time and exchanged a few emails. We were noticing the trend of how things were going (not good) and he assured us that this was all part of the process and this takes time. We went along. We were getting a decent volume of leads, and 1 or 2 bookings per week. The problem was, the show rate for the booked meetings was below 15%, and qualified bookings virtually non-existent. Through the entire process, we had 1 truly qualified booking show up, which went very well. I would say at best I could qualify 3 of the booked meetings that showed for the entire contract. I feel the issue with the qualification of leads is Adstra relies on the AI chat bot to qualify, which it does based off of if the client replies to a text multiple times, etc. Once the lead is in, aside from the chat bot (which most of the responsive leads complained about), Adstra does nothing with the leads. Again, we were sold on qualified bookings not leads, and we made that abundantly clear from the first call. All in all, we never came anywhere near Jake's confident guarantee of 25 qualified bookings monthly. Not even close. -92.5% ROI. Fact. I spent every available hour of my day reaching out to these leads (again, we never signed up to receive leads, we signed up for qualified bookings) with nearly 0 positive feedback. Most of the time, they acted like they never knew who I was. While I understand this is all part of sales, I was shocked at the % of people who put their information in and watched me on the VSL did not know who I or my company was (roughly 95%). The only positive thing I can say about Adstra, is that Shane Stone personally deserves a 5 star review. He took over after Jake stopped reaching out for sync meetings, which initially I was not happy about, but all positives from my experience with Adstra came from Shane. He is very well versed in what he does and has a great understanding of human beings. Pleasure to have done business with him specifically. Fast forward to the end now. We were closing on the end date, so my boss sent an email to Jake inquiring about the money back guarantee, which, we realistically did not expect to be honored as nothing else had been honored through this process. It was always the same story when we mentioned inefficiency; Adstra asked for 10 case studies, and we only provided 5. Sometimes they would say something like, "do more outreach!", which I personally was offended by as I was committing 95% of my time to outreach, yielding no results from Adstra, while having normal success with non-Adstra clients. Once again, and as I told them many times, we were guaranteed qualified bookings, not leads, but I was willing to spend all of my time personally calling/texting/emailing these leads even though the purpose of this contract was to open time for other tasks outside of outreach, while still booking meetings and generating sales. Not only did Jake not honor the guarantee that sold us on his product, he simply did not reply to the email! Nor did anyone on his team. Completely ghosted and ignored and to this day the only thing we have heard from him is his normal marketing emails. Comical. I have never experienced anything more unprofessional than simply not replying to a customer at the end of contract. It was a very disappointing way to end a very disappointing venture. In conclusion, Jake sells a product (well) that looks great on paper, and for certain niches may be profitable. I will not say it cannot work, but for us, I can say 100% it was a complete and total catastrophic failure. We came to Adstra because we believed in Jake, and he let us down, and left us out to dry. They have a decent system in place, and if you are looking for what I would call room temperature leads they delivered 300-400 of those over 6 months. If you are looking for qualified bookings like we were, I hope it works out better for you than it did us. We wish Jake and the Adstra team the best and hope they will provide a better experience for others than we received. Again, -92.5% ROI for us.

Ok I bought all the upgrades because I did not want to miss anything and I have just started and the part where I usually feel is the most boring just exited me more than I could have imagined. I can't wait to finish!

Ok, just like anyone buying programs that promise the moon, I grab this one and went in with a skeptical view. After I got in and watched the first video I knew I was about to learn from someone reputable that had the knowledge I was looking for. The style and delivery were perfect and after about 45 minutes of training, I felt super comfortable that I was going to have success once everything was completed. I am excited to say the least and super glad I got the Sherlock product. It made all the difference. My jaw was on the ground.

Outstanding content, videos and explanations. Easily Jake can charge 10X what he did. The value is immense and your company will see exponentially growth.

I really appreciate the videos Jake has prepared and also the low key sales approach he takes with clients that want to learn and apply the techniques he teaches on their own. I do not feel pressured to sign up for anything and the videos I have watched have much more value than what he charges. Highly recommend!
