I told them our pool had a leak

I told them our pool had a leak. They charged me $95 for a service call knowing that our contract did not cover leaks which we were unaware of. Very dishonest!!

Claim initiation call was easy and did not take much time. The plumbing company and plumber all did very professional work. Every went well and the project was completed without any extra time or problems.

The automated system is SO simple to…

The automated system is SO simple to use, my 9 year old grandson could use it. The contractor that y’all sent out was absolutely amazing top-tier amazing customer service. His repair skills were on par with what we hoped for. He even taught us a little bit about how to maintain our system between needing True maintenance on the system. Great guy and an all-around great process. You have very happy customers that are not going anywhere.

Miscommunication between First American…

Miscommunication between First American and the service provider delayed replacement of our heat pump 2 months (8 weeks). Our persistent complaints to First American and numerous phone calls to the service provider finally resulted in the heat pump replacement 8 weeks after the claim was filed. We expected there might be a couple of weeks delay but 2 months to replace the heat pump during the winter months is not acceptable.
