Although I did have problems with the product (patches lifting off velvet pyjamas so go for embroidery), customer service was great, they replaced them straight away and eventually refunded as it happened again. Knowing their customer service is so good I would still use them again despite the problems with the order.

Absolutely awful service and product. I ordered an engraved fob watch for a friend’s leaving present. When I hadn’t received anything after some time I messaged and was told they had not received the engraved order. Eventually several weeks later it appeared and looked very cheap quality with a poor clear clock face. I was embarrassed to give it to my friend. I messaged re: the present but they did not even have the decency to reply. I will not use these people again.

The product itself was nice, but very disappointed with the service. They could not personalise how I requested so I replied back straight away with the amendments. They did not remove the date as requested which meant the gift was unsuitable as it was for an engagement which is now postponed because if the virus.
I messaged them as soon as it arrived and explained it wasn't correct, but they have not replied back, this was almost a week ago.

These guys are very honest. Very good company to deal with. They are on time. Whatever they quote you, that's what you're billed for, no matter how extensive the job is after they start it's what it is. Always do a thorough job. Always check back, to see if all is going well.

Shocking service. I ordered a gift on 21 August, today 3 September still not delivered. Can't get through to speak to anyone so resorted to online chat. No communication made with me to this point. Today I establish there has been a problem with the order! Not good enough as needed it for this weekend. Furious I was only offered a 25% refund when it's their fault. I eventually got them to confirm a full refund that apparently takes 10 days to come through. I will be straight onto them if this doesn't come through......Avoid this company, they are terrible!!!

Nothing but issues from the first shipment. Wrong order sent, rectified and further incorrect items sent. Final shipment appeared ok although some of the printing on the shot glasses was wonky. Some had been broken in transit so put them in the sink to wash (the website says they are machine washable...they were in the sink for a couple of minutes) came out and most of the print had come off.
Emailed the company and all their emails are now returned undelivered. Not protected by PayPal so massively out of pocket.
DO NOT RISK IT EVEN IF THE ITEMS ARE CHEAP. I now have 150 shot glasses that I can't use and need to pay all over again for a product I can use.

I was really dubious in buying from this company, partly because the English communications weren't great, and partly because I had found other reviews which weren't so good, but I have left 5 stars because they were the cheapest we had found (by some distance), we ordered fans, sunglasses and can coolers and they all arrived in under 3 weeks, and although the fans that arrived were paper and not silk as we had ordered, after sending an email the company sent me out a whole load of new personalised fans without question.

For me, the deciding factor for a company isnt that it never has any complaints, but that they are handled well, in good time, and rectified. And these were.

This is probably only the third time I have ever reviewed anything, but there were so few when I was browsing that I thought it might help others in the same boat!

Try and speak to this company is a difficult and probably a non possible option.......but having said that they did what they said on their website and delivered within 15 working days. Hand delivered by DHL and posted from Hong Kong China.
I can only say that I was a bit worried after handing over my money but if you go through Paypal as they say on their site you have some recourse should things go wrong.
I would recommend them but make sure you have plenty of time for a delivery window.
Oh and the product I bought (printed wedding fan) was of good quality and printing was excellent
All in all, before delivery, a 50/50 experience. But after delivery 100% satisfied.
