The initial order was dealt with adequately, but then I had a query and could raise absolutely no response. Even when I contacted them about non-arrival of delivery - NOTHING.

No Information & Updates
So, from the point of ordering the mobility scooter canopy which was needed because of the bad weather. The item was ordered, we had No feedback that the item was out of stock. When we tried to get feedback there was NO phone number to contact anyone just an online form to fill in. We eventually received an email stating item was out of stock and it would be back in, in a few days. We are STILL WAITING for our item for our disabled father.

Walking stick
Sorry, but the walking stick is weak & unsafe, I want to send it back but I would have to pay postage, I have wrote & asked if I could have a EVRi label posted to me & pay that but not counting on it. NEVER EVER GOT BACK TO ME, SO HAD TO JUST THROW IT AWAY & LOST MY MONEY.
