We were a bit hesitant about importing a large printer to the UK, but the team at GNFEI made the entire process seamless. The machine arrived in a rock-solid wooden crate, completely undamaged. Setup was straightforward, and when we had a minor glitch with the RIP software configuration, their tech support sorted it out over WhatsApp almost instantly.
