I still have not received any reply or refund regarding my order. The company entered the wrong phone number in my order despite me informing them about the mistake in advance.

PASTS confirmed that shipment BE002575736LT was collected by another person because of the incorrect contact information provided by the seller.

No responsibility, no response, no refund.

UPDATE: After posting this review, the shop reached out through Bartosz. They offered a fair resolution (partial refund without the need for a return). I appreciate the professionalism in fixing the issue. Problem resolved successfully.

Mi s-a oferit o soluție echitabilă (o rambursare parțială, fără a mai fi necesară returnarea produselor). Apreciez profesionalismul de care au dat dovadă în remedierea situației. Problemă soluționată cu succes.

Extremely disappointing experience. I received 7 Motul products damaged (broken valves, destroyed spray mechanisms, and severely dented cans) due to poor packaging. Despite sending photo evidence immediately, the process was a bureaucratic nightmare.

Actual negotiation only started 14 days after my complaint. During this wait, it was necessary to start using the products for motorcycle maintenance. The shop tried to force me to return the products to Poland, even though I explained this was physically impossible as they were already partially used due to their long delay.

They used this as a pretext to shut down any negotiation, refusing a logical partial refund and choosing a rigid attitude instead. If you are an international customer, beware: their support ignores reality and common sense.

Experiență extrem de dezamăgitoare. Am primit 7 produse Motul deteriorate (valve rupte, mecanisme de pulverizare distruse și bidoane grav îndoite) din cauza ambalării precare. Deși am trimis dovezi foto imediat, procesul a fost un calvar birocratic.

Negocierea a început abia după 14 zile de la sesizarea mea. În tot acest timp, a fost absolut necesar să încep să folosesc din produse pentru întreținerea motocicletei. Magazinul a încercat să mă oblige să returnez produsele în Polonia, deși le-am explicat că acest lucru este fizic imposibil, ele fiind deja parțial utilizate din cauza așteptării prelungite.

S-au legat de acest pretext pentru a opri orice negociere, refuzând o rambursare parțială logică și preferând o atitudine rigidă. Dacă sunteți clienți internaționali, feriți-vă: suportul lor ignoră realitatea și bunul simț.
