The product received (brake lever) did not match what was ordered and did not fit my motorcycle, even though it was selected according to the model.

Wrong part arived! Problems with return!

I ordered sparks plugs. It was delivered fast, but with very very poor package. Simply spark plugs were in envelope, in that paper box. No plastic bubble wrap, nothing. So, during transport, inside envelope, plugs get out of that tiny paper boxes and smashing each other. When I got envelope, it sound like your keys in keyring. When I contacted shop, they apologized and said, that if sparkplugs will be not working, they will refund. I will mount them in spring, so I will see. OK, that reaction is fine, but that mean for me, that I will be mounting them twice (removing fuel tank etc).

Fast delivery. Everything went fine.

The process (purchase) was well organized and proceeded. Everything went as it was expected.

I ordered 16" inner tubes from them, according to their specifications, and apart from arriving a week later than expected, they were bigger than the wheel!

Their after-sales service is a scam, as I contacted them several times and got no response!
I had to keep them and they're useless to me!

In the end, I ordered several inner tubes from AMAZON and they arrived fine!
I returned one (because of the size) and they refunded me immediately!

In my opinion,
I would not buy from GMOTO again.

Les hice un pedido de cámaras de aire en 16”, según lo que ponían en sus especificaciones y a parte de llegar una semana después de la fecha prevista. Eran más grandes que la rueda!!

Es servicio post-venta es un fraude, ya que me puse en contacto con ellos varías veces y sin respuesta!!
Me las he tenido que quedar y no me sirven para nada!!

Al final pedí varias cámaras de aire en AMAZON y me llegaron bien!!
Una la devolví (por el tamaño) y me hicieron el reembolso inmediatamente!!

En mi opinión;
No volvería a comprar más en GMOTO.

They have very good prices for motorcycle parts and the delivery is fast. I was also impressed by the fact that I was ordering from a different country and they allowed me to select the payment on delivery option which is rare when buying from abroad. I totally recommend this seller for motorcycle and scooter parts. Bought many times from them, both motorcycle and scooter parts and I was always happy with what I got.

They are very fast, I ordered the item 02 Sept 2025 and I got it 04 Sept 2025.
