Having already failed two reviews, I was almost ready to give up.

Afterward, I made improvements based on the audited documentation provided by GMCFix.com, but still failed the review.

Further optimizing the website according to the advice I received from GMCFix.com, I finally had the misrepresentation removed on the third review.

GMCFix.com is a genuine service provider and professionals who deeply understand what Google considers a proper e-commerce site. I highly recommend them.

My GMC account has been banned for weeks, and after unsuccessfull appeals I was devastaded. At first I was sceptical contacting gmcfix.com. Thinking that it's just anoter service that does automatic checks.

But I was pleasently surprised by the quality of service I got, I was contacted by Zbigniew the next day after submiting a form on the website and he went above and beyond to understand my current situation, type of business, products I have and overall GMC situation.

We've been in constant contact for 2 days, him clarifying all the necessary information. And afterwards I got a report that stunned me, there was so many things I would've never noticed, the amount of details in it is astonishing, and his knowledge of all possible issues and solutions is truly professional. I do believe that he aquired all this experience managing his own stores and now wants to help other people with their frustrations.

Eventhough my GMC is not yet unblocked, but I believe that after all the fixes suggested by Zbigniew unblocking it will take no time. I highly recommend his services and admire his approach, he is a true professional and a kind hearted person!

I hired GMCfix to help recover our Google Merchant Center account. Although the process is still ongoing, I almost feel obliged to write this review before everything is finished because of the service I’ve received so far.

From the very beginning, I noticed a very high level of involvement from their team. The communication has been excellent, they respond quickly, explain everything clearly, and most importantly, they are very honest. That is something I truly value in this type of service.

The price is also very competitive considering the level of support and dedication they provide. They have even recommended improvements and actions that are outside of their own scope, simply to help and increase the chances of solving the issue.

The report I received and the appeal letter they prepared have an extremely high level of detail, which clearly shows the amount of work and analysis behind it.

We are still working on resolving the Google Merchant Center issue, but regardless of the final result, I wanted to publicly thank them for their professionalism, honesty, and commitment.

Hopefully everything will work out and we will finally be able to recover our Google Merchant Center account.

They have just raised my account after 3 months of ads not working. I thought it was just me to be unlucky! I still can't believe, 3 months off, one report for $59 it sounds like a joke
