Taken money via PayPal and then heard nothing no matter how many emails I send Iv even contacted them through pay pal. They replied within 5 minutes via email when it came to me needing a new payment link but after paying Iv had nothing .
So, I tried Glucoslimmeds-uk online as there was mixed views on the company. Times are tough and ot was a good amount off the price. This is my experience with them. Great with initial contact. Payment was made in 2 parts...(Red flag 1) then when it came to paying the 2nd part instead of the like tonpay via PayPal, which is what I done on the first payment, they gave personal bank details. When I questioned they apoloand said that they were meant for a customer who wanted to tip them (red flags 2&3). Payments went through on the 8th. I know its only been a few days but in the email they state it will be shipped 4pm that same day. When I have questioned, they say it will be sent Tuesday, then Wednesday and that I will receive a confirmation email. Still nothing. They also wouldn't tell me who it was being sent by. I went into this fully aware that this might happen and have saved the transcript which has been sent to PayPal. My last message to them was that I wanted to go back to people with a positive review but I can't do that now. Also this company do not ask for any medical history or proof that tou are on that amount. A suggestion I sent to them as it could kill someone who has health issues.
Do not use them- PayPal have refunded the rest of my money as the company didn't respond 😁
