Delivery process
I'm happy with experience as at all the time I knew what is going on with a package through emails. Delivery itself was very quick, the delivery person did its job and went on its way further. The only thing is I didn't know at which time to expect the package, but as I was home, everything went great.

Poor experience with GLS HOME delivery
I paid for at home delivery because I am pregnant. The delivery driver did not even ring my door bell to deliver my parcel and assumed no one was home when I deliberately stayed home and waited for the parcel to arrive. Instead, my parcel was re-directed to a pick up location. Perhaps GLS should review if their driver's are actually carrying out their jobs properly. It is inconvenient to carry a heavy parcel when pregnant in the heat. I will no longer choose home delivery with GLS and will instead pay extra for DHL which requires a signature upon delivery to ensure I don't have have the same hassle again.

While it is hold by customs? I cant even get refund for my money become of this. At least should inform right information and not lying by saying it is delivered, this is not correct action

Your parcel is confiscated by Skat. When they have finished examining the contents, they will forward the shipment to the appropriate authority, after which the given authority will contact you.

Here you get an overview of the various authorities. Please be aware that there will be a waiting period during the case processing.
If the contents of the parcel is allowed to be forwarded to you, the parcel will be returned to GLS, and we will deliver it to you.
