Zero stars if I could.

Zero stars if I could.

I’ve had an appointment booked for 6 weeks to get eyelash extensions. This evening I arrive at the clinic to the lady quoting “we don’t do eyelashes here” clearly a lie given it is all over their instagram page and I was able to book an appointment.
I show her the booking and she said “oh yes the lady hurt her wrist”

There was zero apology for not cancelling my appointment and a complete disregard for wasting my time. Mistakes happen and then you should apologize or suggest another place to go or offer a voucher or even just act like you care about your customers? Disgusting treatment.

Do not go here if you actually want to get the treatment you booked.
