Hi Mandy,
I've just checked and I believe you ordered on the 29th, it looks like we did send you an email on the 6th April just letting you know that we had received a high volume of orders. At the time of purchase the delivery did state 10-14 days to allow for the increase in volume. By the looks of it on our system you should have received tracking details for your order yesterday to be delivered by Evri.
Once again we apologise for the delay in getting the product to you.
