The lights are nice. But the hand sensor remote doesn't work at all. Which i have to touch it up every time when using it. I hope I can get a replacement of the remote control.

Love the look, ease of putting up, but nuts to have to charge it every day.

Initial functionality question answered quickly and clearly. Ordering process simple. Delivery time, quite long and traceability function poor. But they did arrive , well packaged and all lights working as described. The "waving hand" remote not very reliable, tend to either stand and waft until success or turn on with switches. Would buy lights again but not the remote.

The directions were inadequate and poorly organized. The direcdtions did not result in functioning lights. The online videos didn't explain to show how to get the lights to function. And then - the product cannot be returned after 30 days. I do not recommend purchasing these lights or doing business with this company - the experience has been really disappointing.

Quality is great, altho disappointed with instructions printed in silver on the front of black lights, it has cheapened the product, and isnt a good luck.😪

The panel lights are fantastic. They illuminate twice as much as our previous panel lights, and have a soft glow that does not aggravate my headaches. Having one motion sensor paired with multiple lights means that they all turn on in unison. It feels like my closet is welcoming me home!

Delivered very quickly and the producst are good quality.

I like the lights but don't bother getting the hand sensor because it DOES NOT PAIR. This is my second sensor and it still will not pair after spending 1 hour trying. Just don't waste your money. Also, no one reaches out to troubleshoot the matter even though I texted and emailed them for help.

I couldn’t get the pairing for a three lights with the one sensor and then I reached out via Facebook messenger and by the time they responded I had figured it out on my own, but it was nice to get a response!
I love the lights. I think that it’s a great addition to my kitchen and it’s so helpful.!

The light is great - delivery very slow

Delivery wasn’t great but that’s more down to courier rather than company.

Light gives off a nice even light and the sensor works perfectly. Build quality is good.

The only criticism is if you want the light permanently connected by cable to avoid repeatedly having to recharge. The cable connects to the light from the end, after removing a cap. If the cable is left in the aesthetic is completely lost as the cable can’t be hidden away. If a second charging port was put on one of the long edges you could hide the cable behind the light. Other than this it’s a good product. Would buy these again.

Im thrilled with my purchase! I use one light in my spa room. This adds just the right amount of ambience light to helo clients see in a dim spa room. I'll be buying more for the studio.

I've had a GlowRight light for a little under a year and a half before it stopped working: the light died and wouldn't charge anymore. I reached out to the company and was told that there was nothing they could do, as it was outside of the one year warranty period, but they offered me a modest discount code to purchase another. I asked what the typical lifespan of their lights was and was told 1-2 years. So basically my light died right on time. Is this planned obselescence, or shoddy craftsmanship? Either way, I am not interested in a light that I can expect to die in under two years, and neither should you.

Easy to install, low profile under cabinets, love the hand sensor and 3 color signatures. Will be easy to recharge. Highly recommend!

These lights are so wonderful they elevate the space and our artwork so beautifully!!! I am about to order MORE!

The lights are sleek and have a nice glow to them, however, beware of setting up multiple lights in a kitchen (undercounter) system, as they have not worked out the kinks in how to make them stay synced. When you recharge the system the lights do not stay synced requiring you to constantly re-pair them to the remote control, and the remote is janky at best. I bought 6 lights with remote motion sensor and on month 14, the entire system went to hell, and of course products only carry a 12 month warranty. After repeated attempts at rectifying the situation their response was "Sorry, out of warranty. Here is a 15% discount code so you can buy more equipment." So I tossed the entire set in the recycling and am opting for a more reliable and cheaper priced lights through ezvalo. I gave GlowRight plenty of changes to fix this but they did not, so therefore the 2 stars.
