Ordered in Europe, lights arrived quickly. There was a small part missing, contacted them and they immediately sent the missing part and it arrived within 2 days. No hassle.

The lights work really well of course, been using one for the last years and now got a second one to have a helmet+handle bar combo. Much better and brighter at a given stated lumen than many other brands.

Bought a XS G2.0 light for gravel ultras.
At delivery i was missing QR bar mount adapter for 31.8, contacted Gloworm who sent me a new one.
Tested the light at delivery, looked to be ok. First testride the light did not work. Contacted Gloworm who asked me to perform some kind of reset, after that the light worked again.
Second testride and the light worked ok. Third testride the light stopped working after a couple of hours riding in the rain, no downpour.
After a couple of hours in the dry, the light started working again.
That was it for me, I need to be 100% certain that a light will work when you need it. Gloworm support have been really good, and I sent the light back and got full refund.
To bad for a really nice light, with the ability to change brightness exactly as you wish.

Got the G2.0 XSV lights . Wow they are awesome compared to lights I have had in the past. Amazing brightness. Do yourself a favour and buy the fast charger as my C usb charger took 24 hours to charge the battery. Also if you have a GO Pro mount on your helmet buy the $20.00 go pro light mount that have 4 small screws as it’s very handy to have

I have an X2. The light itself is quite good with various lenses.
The power pack is poor. The first one died within 12 months as it wouldn't accept any charge, which was replaced on warranty. Again - at around 12 months I experienced the same issue. They are quite expensive to replace ($150 AUD)

I've found power packs off amazon for $40 (INUI) which run the lights for the same time and brightness which are more robust. The powerpacks weigh less and are shaped like a deck of cards.

Lights arrived very swiftly, more parts and fasteners than I expected - perfect result, trails are lit up like daytime...

Refined brightness
Most importantly, they are fantastic lights. Night riding is now something my wife and I look forward to. In addition, using USB-C for charging is really convenient. The remote switch wasn't too hard to program (now we both just have low and high beam) and it encourages you to be polite to other riders and pedestrians. The only tiny niggle is the remote seems to need to be paired each time you turn on the light. Or maybe that's me not reading the instructions! Best lights I've had (and I've owned at least half a dozen).

I really like the build and the light is good. Early days but commuting in pitch black is like daylight.

Everything was great when it comes to service, only thing I’d say is the clasp for the handle bars is too delicate and fiddly. A simple Alan key style mechanism would be more appropriate for enduro/ downhill riding

Wow! Had an issue with my light, sent it back, glowworm fixed it for free even though itss 3-4 years old and had it back to me the next day… and emailed me multiple times with updates confirming receipt of the light then again advising the issue! Amazing service!

The Gloworm X2 Adventure lightset is really well designed, fabricated and supplied. I bought it support road cycling in the hills and commuting to work. The choice of lens allows me to provide widespread light and direct honeycomb light to assist with corners and animal detection. The accessories provided allow me to mount the lightset on the adventure mount under my tracking device. The battery pack can mount on the frame or small top pack. I would like to see the Gloworm lights enhance the design use on road bicycles, rather then for mountain bikes. Adopt use of Remote TX with different O-rings to fit to aero handlebars, The battery mount does have a rubber foot, but slides down the tapered top tube if bumped by knees. All in all a great lightset for safe riding at night.
