Buyer beware

The product I purchased was advertised as a Glow Labs Glycolic Body Stick. The photographs in the listing clearly showed the Glow Labs branding. However, the product I received is branded SIIMUNANA and is a different product from that shown and advertised.
The branding and packaging are clearly different from the item advertised. I have concerns that the product supplied may be a cheaper alternative or imitation rather than the genuine product that was advertised.
I have contacted the seller on several occasions to raise this issue and request an explanation/refund, but they have failed to respond to any of my communications.
