Amazing Candles

I purchased 2 sets of these candles through a Facebook ad. While the candles looked amazing, I’ve been disappointed by a few other Facebook ad purchases and wasn’t expecting much. Well, these candles really are amazing! They look absolutely real and now beautify my living room shelves. The remote is a great feature as well. Very happy with my purchase!

Scam company, avoid at all costs

Ordered two sets of candles from Glowlabo. Never received any confirmation email saying they’d received my order, even though the payment is pending at the bank. Checked on their website for progress of my order, and it says I haven’t placed one!!!!! How could I not have placed an order, if I’ve paid for one. Contacted the company, not heard a thing.
SCAM, SCAM, SCAM COMPANY. Should be ashamed of yourselves. I’m a pensioner, who’s lost my husband, and these were Christmas presents. May Karma serve you!!!!!

Not even worth the 1 star
Made a order, received the order but requested a refund and they replied to my emails straight away. Was given an incorrect address to post it back to. As I am in Australia this cost me $70 to post back, the item was returned due to incorrect address given to me. I have emailed 3 times since requesting my refund due to glowlabo customer support gave the incorrect detail and of course no reply at all. Extremely disappointed. Don't waste ur money as they pretend to be helpful. Now I have wasted so much money on a product I don't even want. Has been months since last reply to have sorted
Thieves! Steeling peoples hard working money!

Absolute rubbish company and product

When I emailed about getting a refund for these cheaply made candles, I was offered a $20 refund (for candles
That cost over 100 CAD total with shipping). Ridiculous! I responded that wpyld not begin to cover it for me, and the following is the exact reply I received: there was more we could do, but unfortunately, the highest amount of refund we can provide for your order is $20 as we are already at a loss. I hope you can understand.

Please let me know if you’re okay to proceed with this.

I would recommend avoiding this company at all costs, or you will likely post a similar review, yourself!!

I may not get a refund, but warning people about this company is foid enough for me!

COMPLETE SCAM

COMPLETE SCAM! I placed an order in September 2024, it's now April 2025 and they haven't arrived. I've contacted them numerous times but just been ignored. I should have read the reviews as there are several reviews saying they haven't received their candles either. Complete scam!! They take your money and then ignore you.

These are a con

These are a con - made in China and really poor quality. When I requested a return (as advertised on their site) I was told I would have to pay shipping from the UK to Australia. They deliberately do everything they can to put you off. The products were complete rubbish - plastic tat! Avoid at all costs.

Took over 3 weeks to arrive

Took over 3 weeks to arrive. Are made and sent directly from Mainland China I noticed when people ask where they are from they never answer the question. They are much smaller and are plastic! Way too expensive for what you get. This plastic China crap ain’t cheap!!

I love the product but not the customer…

I love the product but not the customer service. I received my order and the amber color medium sized candle is missing the battery cover. I immediately emailed asking if they can send me the battery cover so I don't need to return the candles and got no response back. But they were quick to email me right after placing my order asking if I enjoyed my candles on the same day they shipped. So now I'm going to have to return them. Unless they answer me. I won't hold my breathe.

Glowlabo set of three candles

Bought a set of these in November and I love them. They are very realistic and give out a lovely ambient light. No mess and no worries. I would like to purchase another set but your contact form does not seem to be working. I would be grateful if someone could contact me.

Defective candles, no company response

When I received the candles I was very impressed and we enjoyed having them in the living room these winter months. However on Christmas Eve one didn’t turn off and a couple of days later another didn’t turn off. I contacted the company through their website4 times now and have received no response.

ordered on 10th December for a Christmas gift but arrived days after Christmas, longer than the timeframe given when I ordered. Why does it have to come from China, why not distribute from UK for UK customers. Not good

If you cannot deliver promptly then say so. It is no good not delivering then when you get written to (twice) simply ignore the customer as has happened in my case. Nice enough products and please do not tell customers that the delivery companies are busy. Amazon manages in a day so please either get better or change carriers .Your 1-star reviews are mounting up
