Definitely a scam company!! Took quite a bit of my money and now I got four unopened boxes and they have only offered £7 back!!

Week 1: Not much change but wasn't expecting immediate results.
Week 2: Slight glow starting.
Week 3: Friends asking if I got a spray tan. Week 4: Officially hooked. This is the most natural, even color I've ever had. Plus my skin feels super hydrated and I swear I'm less puffy in the mornings.

They are based in china but say they are from the USA using the Address of 611 S Dupont Hwy, Dover, DE 19901, USA , FUNNY that address is the IRS Taxpayer Assistance Center, Anyway their product doesn’t work gave me headaches and metal taste in my mouth please don’t fall into trap..

Scam does not work and they sign you up for a subscription. AVOID DO NOT BUY

A total scam! Does not work whatsoever. When I finally got a response from their customer support they claimed that I didn’t use the product enough nor correctly, but I did exactly like what the instructions said. Four bottles in (and €120!!) - yet not a single sign of it working. (But no other side affects either to be honest).

Horrible scam! When you order you are unknowingly subscribing for a monthly order and payment. They do not respond to your emails at all and the product does not work.

Like many others here, I was misled into an unwanted repeat subscription after falling for the “Buy 1 Get 1 Free” offer. Fortunately, I did receive a reply when I emailed to cancel - but the response was unbelievable. They claimed that GlowDrop operates on a “subscription-based plan,” even though there’s absolutely no mention of that anywhere on their website!

For anyone trying to cancel, here’s how you can do it: go to their website, log in to your account (either the one you created or your Shop account), navigate to Orders, and you’ll find an option to manage your subscription. They make it deliberately difficult to locate the cancellation button, but it is there if you look carefully.

It’s such a shame, because I actually think the product works well - but the company’s deceptive practices completely ruin the experience.
