Great customer service
Unfortunately I had an issue with my first purchase arriving broken, but after a quick email to the company they promptly arranged for a replacement to be sent out, which was received very quickly and in perfect condition. Very happy with product, and particularly happy with the great customer service, friendly and helpful.

Bought flame effect bulbs for my electric fire since the flame effect had burnt out the motor. These were delivered in good time and condition and are surprisingly effective.
