We aim to constantly provide new products based on various forms of current & new technology including chemicaluminescence, photoluminescence, & electroluminescence. We offer a widening range of glow products to members of the public & also wholesale glow novelties to the events, fundraising & party markets. Our customers include Warner Brothers 'Charlie & the Chocolate Factory', BBC, ITV, Hatrick Productions, Endemol (Big Brother etc) Universities, Schools & PTA's to name a few.

Brilliant product and service

I never leave reviews, but it was checking the reviews that gave me the trust to buy from a company I hadn’t heard of. So I am adding to that trust. The windmill I bought is perfect. So vibrant and well made. Delivery was super prompt. Just a great experience, thank you.

Excellent Customer Service

Amazing experience. Ordered three sets of lights and they arrived very quickly. Although well packaged, one was broken. On inspection it appears to be a manufactoring fault. I called up The Glow Company straight away and the representive was very polite and helpful asking if I wanted a refund or replacement. I asked for a replacement and it appeared the very next day.

You can always tell if a company is any good when they have to deal with the bad....will use again!

Fabulous company, highly recommended.

Items ordered arrived really quickly and very well packaged. The items are stunning and extremely good quality. Items were priced very reasonably and are exactly as they were advertised. I’ll definitely recommend this company and will shop with them again soon.

Fabulous service 👏

I have never used this company before and I'm not a prolific online shopper, so I'm always a bit dubious about ordering things. This order was put in for a friend who doesn't 'do' technology. However, I was absolutely blown away with the efficiency of this company. I would definitely use them again!!

Initially faulty

The initial product I was sent was faulty (wasn’t spinning when the advert said it does spin). Contacted customer services via email and spoke to Angie who responded quickly and offered some troubleshooting ideas. When these didn’t work she sent out a new item immediately (arrived next day!) and this one is perfect. My baby loves looking at the glitter swirling around and the lights it projects onto the ceiling. Thank you very much.
