Unpleasant shopping experience

I ordered for a buy 2 get 2 free products from Glow house in the month of August and till date I am yet to take delivery of these items.
The courier company used has a POD(Proof of delivery) but a delivery never happened. Reading online the reviews of the courier company, it is clear that it is their modus operandi to make such fake deliveries. It is unfathomable that Glow house will choose to do business with such company and after reading the reviews about unsuccessful orders here also, it leaves much to my imagination.
I will continue to request from glow house for a refund(I have been sending emails since this incident).
I am giving Glow house a one star based on my experience
