Focus on clients migrating from Hong Kong. Wolf in sheep's clothing armed with staff who will bully you if you are not happy with the service. We just moved to another agent who were awesome. Recommend for immigrants but not local sellers or landlords.
Called Glovers King Heath to inquire about viewing a property - the lady answering had the nerve to ask for proof of funds even before arranging to view it - it was actually the first sentence that came out of her mouth! I bought and sold properties before but had never had that asked before viewing. I believe it is unprofessional - it is confidential information and an invasion of privacy at this stage. I don’t think they have any right to request such information before one decides to make an offer on a property.
