I had left an item in my cart while I was researching more about the product. I was contacted by an actual rep to see if I had questions/concerns. That to me speaks volumes. I trust this product will live up to its claims. At this point waiting for delivery.

purchased the item one time in April…
I purchased the item one time in April then the next month I was charged again. I emailed into the company and told them I did not approve the charge. I did not order a second time. I did not approve any kind of subscription. They emailed me back and told me that I didn’t have a subscription as well and that it was a duplicate charge and they would refund the money that was for May. Then this month I have the same charge again $128. I write in and tell them and try to get a refund that will not return my money. I sent the screenshots of the emails of them telling me I don’t have a subscription. Then they just keep telling me that I have a subscription they’re not giving me my money back. I have emailed them 20 times and all they keep doing is responding and saying that I have a subscription. I’ve tried to ask for a supervisor they will not put me on with anyone. The only thing they email me back is that I have a subscription.SCAM!
