Buyer Beware!
Buyer Beware!! The company charges you for unwanted monthly subscription and there is no way to cancel the charges or subscription plan through the website. I had to go through my credit card company. It was a horrible experience from beginning to end.

SCAM! They make it impossible for you to cancel your subscription
They have made it impossible for you to cancel your subscription. There is NO promised link. I had to spend a vast amount of time getting onto my credit card company.
The only possible way to cancel is to ask them for a 'magic link'. Which they keep a secret.
They wrote to me:-
" Hi bruce, you requested us to send a magic link to sign in to the customer portal and here it is! Please do not share this link with anyone. The link will auto-expire in the next 24 hours."
THAT's how hard they have deliberately made it to unsubscribe. Sadly, this is the kind of morality that we are seeing now in business in today's world.
I have now written to Matt Allwright. Hopefully they will end up on BBC Watchdog programme along with the other rogues.
