The support when I wanted to cancel the membership. I was lured into it, when I was ordering items from another sight!

Better pay attention to what you're doing on the internet.

I dunno how I got hooked up with this obscure company nevertheless I did somehow. Twice they charged for membership. I cancelled it the first time so I thought because their staff told me they canceled it. However, I got charged almost 28 bucks again. Took all the money outta my bank. I was furious. Went back to the website and had a little chat with a person. A few choice words and they said too bad so sad you been had basically,. Also mentioned I would be going to trustpilot to leave a review. Low and behold the next afternoon I get a email from Ann with the escalation team stating they had they had change of heart and they going to refund my account after all. So it all worked out this time hence the 4 stars. One stars taken off for not cancelling the account the first time like they said did and no refund. I still really don't know how I got roped into this strange company from across the pond.
