I had a great experience with customer service when I bought these and will is a great guy but the product is junky. I loved it when I first bought them and they worked good for about a week but after that the cheap springs in the back can't hold the batteries so every single bump you may lose a light and have to stop and turn them all back on for one light, these have been more of a head ache then anything. They need a new design and more reliable parts before I ever consider these again. Until they do an over haul on this product please don't waste your money. And now I know why more people don't have these. I mean it when I say it will do nothing but anger you!!! I just wish I wasn't out 250 dollars for these...

Bought some of the new GR360's for my car and after much waiting they were finally delivered. However as it was then summer they were not used after fitting. So its now autumn and they can be used however one has developed a fault, now this is where i have an issue, you would expect with a premium product that you get a 1 year warranty (these were over £250 once bought and import tax paid) but no! the 1 year warranty is only on the aluminium housing the electronics have a 90 day warranty.I was only offered the opportunity to purchase a replacement PCB for the electronics. this is more akin to cheap Chinese rubbish, not supposed premium components with a price tag to match . . . . . . very disappointed!
