Awful customer service

Awful customer service, took weeks to reply and replies were not helpful. Had no interest in answering genuine queries or providing info for returns. Scam artists.

I am in the same boat as the review…

I am in the same boat as the review below. I keep getting a email saying the replacement is on its way and this was in August and still nothing !!!!!!! I want my money back for the shoes I kept and the replacement I paid for.

Never received other pair after paying shipping

I ordered size 18-24 that was recommended on the site for my 17 month old, thinking it will fit him in about a month. But when I received the shoes they seemed way bigger might fit my toddler at age 3. he is 20 months old right now and the shoes are huge on him. I asked for an exchange for a smaller size as per their exchange policy "free of charge". They informed me that I don't need to send these shoes back, if I pay shipping they will send me a smaller size. The shoes are really well made so I thought I will get smaller size. I paid $25 shipping charges in August. I have not received the product yet. I have sent numerous e-mails requesting information about shipping. I keep getting told that the product has been shipped. I have not received anything yet. Their e-mail responses were very rude and unprofessional. I think they took my money for shipping and are just stalling now. I could have driven to the place and received the product in 2 days if needed (just to give an idea how far I am from the company). I needed shoes for my toddler, now I had to spend more money and buy him something else. The product is really nice but customer service is terrible. I would not recommend this company.

They sent me the wrong color of one and…

They sent me the wrong color of one and the wrong size of one. Emailed them and said hey can you send me the right color and size please, they said ok and said they sent it. They said they had no tracking. It’s been three months now and never received the other shoes. Since then they have either deleted everything or blocked me from social media, so.. yeah.

Glorefits=STEALING YOUR MONEY

Glorefits sent their, I now believe to be, purposefully not sized properly shoe. When I emailed to say I needed to exchange, there was no problem. I was happy. Glorefits said all I needed to do was pay shipping and choose a color and they would send me another pair. I did not even have to send the first pair back-save the hassle. I paid the shipping and got nothing. When I inquired they said it would be to me in 1-8 days. When the shoes did not show in that time, I emailed again asking for confirmation of the shipping and was told again that I would have them in 1-8 days. I responded to Glorefits demanding this time that they send me the confirmation for the shipping I paid for. I received nothing. I have a four year old that doesn't fit into the 18 month size that I ordered for my 17 month old. Glorefits is terrible and now unresponsive to inquiry. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

If 0 stars were an option I would have put it! Terrible terrible terrible customer service. I am all set with them! I canceled my order within the hour and they contacted me and said I couldn’t cancel. Then took two months to get these terrible shoes to me. I ordered 6-12 months for my twins and I will be lucky if they fit them when they are 5!!! Total scam don’t order from this company! Save yourself the headache!!!!

Total scam!! They don't have a return policy! I was not able to track my order. The same shoes are available on other websites for half the price. DON"T BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE!

I never write reviews but I feel one is…

I never write reviews but I feel one is warranted for this one. I ordered two pairs of shoes on September 26th it said orders are typically received within 7-10 days. I started to get worried when I pulled up the tracking ( not received until item was shipped) and saw they were coming from China, I was a little disappointed about that because I knew there was no way I would receive them in 7 days. I work in the fraud/chargebacks department and am familiar with the online scams. Lately (especially since Covid) a lot of the ad sites on Facebook are solely scams. They will create a tracking label so it looks like something is being sent to you but the item is never actually shipped . They do this so that if you attempt a dispute with your bank as “non receipt of merchandise or services” they can deny it by providing a tracking number as “proof” they shipped the item . Once the item is shipped it is beyond their control what happens with the package. I started to get nervous that I had been scammed by this company and was too embarrassed to file a dispute with my bank because that is MY JOB. I also want to note that I read all the reviews but my mistake was reading the reviews directly on glore fits website ( which they can pick and choose what reviews get posted and only allow the good ones). Then I found all these reviews and thought for sure I had definitely been scammed. Long story not so short... I received both pairs today 10/10/20 they were the correct color and size so I’m happy!! I definitely will not be ordering from this company again as it seems they have been deceptive with other customers but I also think people only post reviews when they are unhappy. I wanted to write this in case anyone else is feeling nervous they will never receive their order .. I would wait 30 days before filing a dispute with your bank. Hope this helps!!

Total scam

Total scam. Did not receive shoes. I was told I’d receive a refund if I didn’t receive within 7 days, and didn’t. This was after waiting for 40 days.

Don't waste your money

A massive waste of money (£20) on a pair of shoes which are twice as wide as my daughter's feet. Her feet are a normal G (UK) width. Customer service won't refund.

This is the WORSE costumer service I…

This is the WORSE costumer service I have EVER run into. Does not even make sense writing the whole story, just be aware that they are unresponsive, unreliable and a complete SCAM. I never got the shoes and they literally avoid taking to me at all costs. Last email says "We don't call during these busy times".

This company is a scam

This company is a scam! I ordered shoes for my son on 7/3/20, and I have still not gotten them. I can not cancel my order or change my order to reflect his current shoe size. I got an email saying that I can only make changes to order 12 hours after purchasing. How would I know you weren't going to send them to me? I was charged for an item and still have not received it. I have a thread of emails with the customer service rep arguing with me and asking me not to put false information on Trustpilot. Well, I have updated this email to reflect the purchase date and deplorable customer service I have received. Send me the damn shoes. I will donate them to kids that need them. This company is terrible. Do not waste your time or money. I'm so disappointed.
