I ordered the mask on December 18 as a Christmas gift for my sister with the promise of 4-5 day shipping. It finally arrived on January 12 (nearly a month later) after numerous inquiries and complaints. And the package was missing the eye masks that were promised to be included. I was offered a partial refund for all my inconvenience.
Since it was too late to give the mask as a gift I tried it myself. It would not stay on my face, even with the straps pulled tight. The mask was simply too large and heavy for my face. When I tried laying down with it resting on my face it left dark bruises under my eyes for 2 days! I complained about this and asked to return the mask for a full refund. I was told that Glokore would NOT pay for return shipping, which cost me more than $30.
They deducted the partial refund that had been for my inconvenience from my final refund, leaving me out $30+ for shipping with NO compensation for the delayed shipping or bruising to my eyes.
Update: More than a week ago the company responded to my rating and said they would reach out to make it right. They did NOT! Next stop, Better Business Bureau.

While I thought the mask was fine, it stopped working after 6 months and I was told by Glokore that since it was past their 90-day refund period, I had no recourse. They directed me to click on a link where I could purchase another mask at a discounted price. Well no thank you, especially after reading how many others have had a similar experience. Why would I throw my money away for a second time?
My advice is to do your research, read what customers have to say and make a better informed decision before purchasing a red light mask. Better to spend more, but have some recourse if your device breaks down after an unreasonably short time.
My original order was placed on 7/24/25, order #45370. Total charged was $119.98

Purchased a red light therapy wrap in September 2025. 15 of the diodes stopped working 5 months later. Contacted the company with a photo, and they stated that it was outside their 90 day warranty period. It is obviously a manufacturing defect with the wiring, and I suspect tikis a common occurrence. I would have expected them to send a replacement with no questions asked. Do not buy from these people.
Update: company contacted me after this review. Ultimately sent me a replacement unit at no cost, so satisfied with the ultimate resolution, just wish that response had been automatic after the first contact.

Although this product didn’t meet my expectations, working with customer service was great. There was nothing wrong with the Glokore mask, however, I don’t have the patience to sit through each level. Customer service quickly responded to my question and refund.

Used for about 6 months and then it quit charging. Emailed customer service and they told me too bad, no warranty, no service available. Extremely disappointed in mask and customer service. They did not even give me any troubleshooting tips.....probably because they know this is a piece of junk
Update: after posting this review and a complaint with the BBB glokure decided to refund my purchase price. While I appreciate that they have now done this i feel it was not necessary for me to have to go to these lengths to get it made right.

Totally disappoint! Cannot even reach someone by live chat takes back to home page when click on. Tried email sent and looked see if went said sent nowhere! The mask still is running making noise even when turned off. Barely holds a full charge for two sessions, plus changes led colors on its own while wearing like the thing is possessed or something. I find that it’s actually breaking my skin out even with the blue light. Has not been effect at all and is CHEAPlY made as well has malfunctioning! It is very concerning can not reach anyone also tells me it is more or less a hoax! Don’t waste your money I will go to a professional and this will prob go in the trash! Seeing as how they promise to keep guarantee and can’t even get a hold of someone. Wish I would have saw these reviews or would not have wasted money.

I ordered 2 mask for Christmas presents for both of my adult daughters. I order them in plenty of time to receive for Christmas. They were ordered on the same day. One came and the other took well over a month. Their reason was they were out of stock of the eye patch gift. I found that odd because the first one didn’t come with that. After multiple emails of telling them to please send it without the gift, it showed it was being shipped…..for 2 week! Every single email sounded computer generated. Once I got the box it was damaged and the mask looked like it had been used. I sent an email and all I got in return was basically sorry, here’s $20 to use on your next order. I will never buy from this company again. I don’t know if it’s a business ran out of someone’s basement or China…. What I do know is the product is awful, customer service is awful and there is no sense of urgency in returning an email.

WORD OF WARNING! Do not buy this Glokore LED FACE MASK. I bought this mask it worked for 10 minutes and it never worked again. I contacted the company requesting a refund, they have not replied. The reviews I read after the fact has very negative comments referring to their poor customer service and their failure to respond to any complaints.

I never received the product and I used a visa gift card to pay. I threw it away and by the time I realized the product was not going to ever come. They issued a partial refund for their mystery box first for $30, which mind you I did not mark yes for the mystery box upon purchasing. I then made them aware I no longer had that card and explained I threw it away and they proceeded to tell me on the larger refund they supposedly gave that it was issued to the card I had thrown away as well. Worst scam ever long drawn out and so many fake promises. I urge everyone DO NOT BUY SCAM SCAM SCAM

I bought 2 red light wraps, they didn't work as well as advertised barely warmed up. I contacted customer service for a full refund was given a choice to keep and get 40% back. Refused and stated I want 100% refund. An RMA number was given and was told shipping in on me. Seeing as shipping was little I did go ahead and shipped both items back which were returned on December 19th 2025, still waiting for my refund. I have sent several emails to them giving them proof of return of return and still have not received any response or refund. Luckily I purchased on a credit card and will be filing a complaint with my credit card in hopes they can help me get my refund. I will never buy from this company and will let anyone I know who is thinking not too. Very bad customer service!!

The mask will shut off around 12 minutes. It is very uncomfortable. The lights are very sensitive if you barely touch it it will start going thru all the colors rapidly.

There was a website error when we tried to order, and we never received a confirmation screen, so we submitted a second order. The result is that we have two masks and three charges. The third charge is a total mystery. I was able to use the mask one time. The second time it turned on once and then turned off and I haven't been able to get it on since.

Glokore Sent a nice response back, created a mail label December 30.2025 with the USPS but has done nothing since then. Said they have not mailed the third mask I have paid for because they are out of eye pads and when they come in they will ship the mask. I said I don't want the eye pads just mail the mask as no eye pads came with the 2 previous masks I purchased. I would think purchasing 3 masks would get you some customer consideration.

Horrible product. I should have read the reviews here first. Like everyone else my LED Mask stopped working after the 90 day window. at month 4 it started staying on for less than 10 minutes and by the middle of month 4 it completely stopped charging and turning on. When I called customer service they said I should have called within 90 days.... yet as I told them it was working during that time why would I have called. I have only. had the product for less than 4 months. I would say spend a little bit more money somewhere else for a better quality product.
Also don't believe the "sale price". it's always at $100. so that's where they get you thinking it's a higher quality product.

Don't order from this company. I ordered for my daughter. I asked my daughter about it later and she said it was the most frustrating product and she hated it. It only turned on for the first week, it would turn off constantly during use and there were not clear instructions. She hadn't been able to use it after the first couple weeks as it didn't turn on anymore. I immediately reached out to Glokore. The customer service said they could do nothing because I was outside of the return and replacement window in their policy. From order date I was out by 2 weeks but not from when the product was delivered which took weeks longer than they said. I asked just for a new chord to see if that would make the product work and customer service came back with the same response, I was outside the return and replacement window. My take away from this company is that the product does not work well, the company does not stand behind their product and they do not value their customers. If a company believes in their product they would want people to use a working product. I didn't even ask for a refund, just help making the product work.
