I worked with Reyzelyn who was prompt, professional and experienced. I had a product to return, and had trouble figuring out how to send a video, so I did not reply to her email. She followed up with me on her own and offered me other options. The return was authorized, and she went above and beyond to make sure the experience was no trouble for me. Great customer service!

I ordered and paid for a red light mask ($189.00) plus they added an additional $29.00 for some perfume. It has been over 60 days and no shipment. Trying to get ahold of them by email is a nightmare. When you call they will look into it. I never got a confirmation or receipt. Just a bill on my American Express

I firstly, I am very happy with my mask and would recommend. I’ve seen real results from its use. The real reason I am leaving my review today is for the outstanding customer service I received from Reyzelyn. I had an issue and emailed customer service and received a reply within hours and she assisted with resolving my issue promptly. On 4/17/26 ordered a Hair Growth Cap, the add and website states cap is powered by lasers & led lights. When I received the cap it is only powered by LED lights. Customer service tried to tell be it was not advertised as laser cap until I told her I was reading from their website.
When I was checking out a VIP was offered, I think I declined but was still charged, called customer service and left message that I did not want the VIP offer, never received a call back. Received the VIP product that cost $19.95. It was a rubber face scrubber about the size of a half dollar, look like it is worth about 50 cents.
They will not issue refund until they receive the product then they can still decline, I have to pay for return shipping, I don't this is fair since they advertised cap as laser. Not going to return the cap because I do not trust this company, I am sure they would find some reason not to refund my money then i would be out the cost to return and the cap also.

I ordered 2 items, a led mask and a "mystery box" which contained a red light therapy wrap. I never received the mask but did receive the wrap. After waiting for 2 weeks, I left a phone message but never received a call back. I sent them an email canceling the order for the mask because I became frustrated with the lack of response from them.. I did receive a credit for the led mask on my credit card. At that point, I opened the "mystery box" which contained the wrap. The only problem with the wrap is that the AC/DC adapter did not work.After a long phone wait, I reached a Glokore representative and requested a replacement for the useless adapter. I was informed that a credit back had been issued for the wrap, no matter how many times I tried to explain that the credit back was for the mask . I gave her dates and cost and she kept telling me that the credit had already been issued. She couldn't separate the cost of the mask and the wrap. Very frustrating. She also told me that they do not replace defective parts. What? You send a customer a part that doesn't work and you refuse to repair or replace it? At that point, I was done with Glokore.

I ordered the wrap and really liked it until it quit working about 100 days post purchase and outside the 90 day window so I'm stuck with it. Before this happened I ordered another for my daughter and it has also quit working! Very unhappy with quality and warranty!

This mask worked great… the problem is it only lasted 9 months and died… when I called about it they said it usually only lasts about 2-21/2 years… that’s a pretty big investment for such a short life span of a product. Even the extended warranty is only for one year..

The product would not charge consistently called the company and was given the worst customer service, this company is a disgrace please do not waste your money on a product with obvious flaws, my unit is sitting in my closet of no use.

I rarely take the time to write a review, good or bad. The customer service of this company was so stellar that I felt compelled to write this review. Even though the product I ordered didn’t work for me, the process of returning it was so simple, seamless and prompt I was pleasantly surprised. No hassles, no rude service person, only immediate help and resolution. That degree of customer service is so rare these days. I would purchase from this company again without reservation.

I would give 100 if possible. I bought the red/blue body suction. I had a tiny problem. I contacted them regarding this. They asked me to send a video regarding my problem. They were totally professional and kind. They got back to me right away they are replacing my unit without a problem. The quality of customer service was beyond superb. This is very rare.
