Highly recommended
I attended the course last week and Agnieszka was a great trainer - clear explanation of concepts, good sense of progression through the topics, and most of all making it relevant to real work situations, so I was able to walk away with some solutions to various challenges. Highly recommended.

Well taught course
Well taught course. I had no idea about licencing or even the hospitality industry before I attended the course. Simon is excellent at delivering the material and speaks in simple language so even if you do not know anything, you will definitely be able to cope and pass the exam first time like I did. I attended the venue in central manchester - very easy to commute from trainstations. Thankyou Simon

Excellent !
The personal licence course that I participated in was on the very high level of standard. The tutor was professional and willing to answer any question in lovely manner. Nice and relaxed atmosphere throughout the course and, what is most important, at the end everybody was feeling confident to sit the exam.

Excellent Course
I really enjoyed my Personal Licence course. The training was done at a good pace with very good course materials. I found the practice questions and mock exam very useful. Aneta was very knowledgeable and friendly. Would definitely use this company again.

The course tutor explained everything…
The course tutor explained everything in a clear and precise manor. Although there were about ten people on the course it was almost like attending a one on one tuition. I will not also be attending more courses on other subjects I will definitely be sending my staff on courses as well. Once again many thanks to the tutor Aneta Orlowska.
