The product was great. The challenge was the company forgot to ship my order and after about three weeks I wrote to inquire as to the arrival date of the product which prompted them to finally ship the items.

It was easy to find and order the equipmet I wanted. It arrived in a timely manner and works well.

Price was first when shopped online but what more I received is professional service . I did have to wait to receive this particular item . I believe maybe more updates on where it was and estimated arrival would have helped made me be less nervous about if it would arrive . Overall worth the wait on this item purchased .

I purchased the Navac N1DX manifold. It was a great price and they had it in stock when it was on backorder everywhere else. It was shipped quickly and received it with no issues. I would highly recommend Global Test Supply and will definitely make other purchases in the future!

They try to sell products they dont have, after three months of asking where my items were i asked them to cancel and they promptly sent me one item on the order. You will regret dealing with global test supply

I purchased an item and it did not work for me so I have been trying for over one month to return it and they just won't work with me.i keep getting the run around if I could give them zero Stars I would I will never work with this company again.

Got what I paid for. My meter wasn't cheap, but the quality is top notch.

Brother is leaking and I use it in the attic. He destroyed somebody’s ceiling. I’m responsible for the expenses of my company. Product is still leaking.

I appreciate that Global Test Supply offers reasonably priced, high-quality products, and their customer service representatives were helpful to the extent possible, but was dissatisfied with the shipping process and level of communication provided regarding orders.

My order ran into a number of shipping issues and delays, during which time I did not receive any status updates from GTS. I had to initiate all communications and follow-ups, and issues took a long time to resolve.

It took over a month to resolve an issue with my initial order -- to fix the issue, I was instructed to cancel and resubmit my original order, but the prices of the items I was purchasing had since increased by a total of ~$200. GTS did not honor the original prices I had placed the first order under. After placing the order again, shipping was estimated to be ~1 week. It took another month for the order to arrive due to stocking issues that I was not made aware of until I followed up with GTS.

Global Test Supply made it easy to find and order what I needed. I recently refurbished a 40-year old Snap-On AC Manifold Gauge set. The old gauges were cracked and leaking oil, and were calibrated for R12. I found an affordable pair of Mastercool 3.5" gauges and protective boots and ordered them online. The checkout and payment process was quick and easy (Paypal), and GTS kept me updated on the progress of the order throughout. I will definitely consider Global Test Supply for my future AC needs.
