Customer service next to useless. Take multiple days to reply, meanwhile keep charging "late" fees.
Paid via paypal, but addresses didn't match (never had that issue before, despite using multiple days before), however the transaction was "pending" so there was a hold on money in my account, so couldn't re-submit payment. Took over a week for funds to be cleared back into my account. Tried to contact numerous times, but very delayed and unhelpful responses. Ended up costing me US$9 more than it would have if had gone through on first attempt. Wasn't going to risk them destroying my stuff in an attempt to get the issue sorted, as i have no confidence that it would be, or that their customer service would work to stop it happening. Considering exchange rate etc, don't think i will be using them again.

Once again, I come to give my testimony with ""GlobalShopaolics"", in the sending of my merchandise from the United States to ""Angola"", I believe that for many it is a fantasy to get an item from there to here, but I assure you that if you are reading this comment, I recommend that you take advantage of it as soon as possible to make connections with this network... it is very useful and serves me a lot...

I requested a consolidation on 10th June 2025 but until today my package its still under preparation yet its just 1 box.

I contacted customer care today and they are telling me my package was destroyed yet it wasn’t. It still had days to go and I have never had a package destroyed.

These people are thieves, I regret using them and once I ship all my packages in my account. I will never use them again.

Trust me its not worthy it if we keep loosing our packages.

You must refund for my package, cause obviously you have lost or misplaced it in your warehouse.

How do you explain that a package was destroyed yet you were processing it for shipping?

You take your customers for granted and it is not on.

I shipped 4 CAT phones and an Apple Airpods 3rd gen. When they shipped the items to me, one of the CAT phone and 1 Airpods were not in the package I received it. They are not responding to my message when I mention this. Stay away!

Stunningly incompetent, waiting since May 28th for an amazon package that was delivered to be credited to my account. It been over a week and multiple emails sent and chats. Nothing!!

I’m extremely disappointed with Global Shopaholics' customer support. I asked them to remove an item from my ready shipment nearly a month ago, and despite repeated follow-ups, nothing has been done.

They initially said it would “take a while,” but I never expected this level of delay and lack of action. The package is still sitting there with no update, no resolution, and barely any communication.

If I could give a negative rating for customer support, I would. Totally unacceptable for a logistics company that claims to offer reliable service.
