I have dealt with people before but nothing more professional than Roman Morales he did above and beyound to accomidate my need for storage.

I called several places in Summerville, SC trying to secure a storage unit. The only problem is that I'm out of state and was unable to find a facility that would allow me to lease the unit online. I called Global Storage and spoke to Brian at the Gum Street facility. He stated the same as the others, but went a step further and called around to another Global Storage facility to verify. He called back within an hour and walked me through the online proces, which was both quick and easy. That one extra step on his part has saved me from a huge headache and stress. Much appreciated and thankful!

I think the price should be a lot lower than what they charge also I disagree on raising the rent every year. Good business is when someone is going to be there for a while they should keep the rent the same. By working with the tenant thank you very much.

Global self storage is a great place to store your belongings. It is well run, supervised and secure. The environment is clean, dry and warm. Your items will suffer no damage here. And if you need to change the size of your storage area, they work with you and do not overcharge. It is so easy to drive into the storage facility and use the many carts that available free of charge to move items in and out.

I dont like being forced to carry insurance. I have the smallest stg. Space
& its expensive for the size then add on the insurance every month.

If you are looking for a great place for storage that's secure, very clean,with reasonable prices then I would trully recommend Global Storage located in the Tops Plaza off Buffalo Rd. Gary and Darlene are a great management team that greets you with care and concern and explains the process very thoroughly with a walk through so you can see what type of space that you may need

Representative / salesman was prompt when I left message inquiring about units. Showed me all the various sizes & was not pushy at all. Happily surprised at the cleanliness of the facility.

I slept well that night after securing some of my treasured articles and important books in Global's climate controlled, immaculate and convenient drive-up access unit. When you are in the process of "down-sizing" this facility is perfect for temporary safe-keeping. Affordability and courteous assistance added to this five-star rating.

The storage is clean and easy to get to. Darlene Huettisch is very friendly and helpful. Best deal in town!

I find that every time I come to the storage facility it is clean, secure and everything is where it is supposed to be. I find the extra entrance door with key pad is efficient since I don't have to walk a long distance to get to my storage room. I am very pleased with the temperature and humidity level as I have furniture stored in my room. The staff when I first rented the storage room were very helpful, pleasant and professional in explaining all the details of the lease, insurance, hours, etc. I recoomend GLobal storage to anyone looking for excellent storage space.
