I booked my flight and afterwards…
I booked my flight and afterwards realised my passport expires 3 days before my date of travel. My sister referred to Mr Dele and i must commend his professionalism. He asked me for some information and after checking the information i gave him, he assured me that i should be able to get a new passport within 2 weeks. My passport was issued in 4 working days. Excellent personal service
Excellent personal service. Used them to get a Nigerian NIN for myself and my daughter, that previously we had difficulty getting in the US. A family member I was visiting in London recommended trying them while I was in London. They responded to my initial message in less than 24 hours, and when I phoned with questions and explained my situation and that I was only in London for a few days, they were very helpful and set up an appointment the next morning. They got my daughter her NIN in minutes, but when a problem arose with my NIN they called a contact to help sort it, and less than 48 hours later I had mine. Couldn’t be more impressed with their service. I will be using them to renew my passport. Highly recommended.

I am completely impressed with the professionalism and excellent customer service of Mr Bamidele and his wonderful team. Faced with the daunting task of making an urgent trip to Nigeria with my son, I reached out to them for help with getting him a Nigerian passport in the UK.
Through their expert guidance and advice, we decided to get him an emergency travel certificate to exit the UK, and then get his Nigerian passport sorted in Lagos, Nigeria.
Mr Bamidele and his amazing team were of such great help in making the entire process very stress free and seamless. My son’s ETC was posted to me in good time before our departure date, after I completed all the required paperwork. Before leaving the UK too, Mr Bamidele rang me himself, and ensured that I had the contact of his agent at the Lagos office who will be helping out with my son’s passport.
Two days after arriving Lagos, I got in touch with his agent who was also just as amazing. We arrived the immigration office at about 11am, and at about 14.30 hours we were all sorted with my son’s passport in our hands; it was such a remarkable experience.
Here’s me saying thank you again to you all (Mr Bamidele and the team), I am indeed a very satisfied client and best believe I’ll be referring you to any and everyone that requires the services you provide. Keep up the excellent work.
