G-P Is the only provider I would use in this space. A true innovator and top notch service, you really can’t go wrong.

The contextualization of the job contract consists of being embarked in fully an automated workflow . No human contact available in case of technical and or admin issue , no way to discuss and even less negotiate contract terms . I have been caught into a support ticket thread for 7 weeks, with no resolution in sight . In many countries, GP.com is just a ghost company , untrustworthy, unreliable .

My first interaction with G-P was great — I was clear about what I needed and was looking for, and gave very specific examples (what type of employee I wanted to hire where, and what support we would need).

I was told by 2 different Sales folks that they could support.

After a 1 hour demo (that I did not ask for — I kept asking for confirmation that they could assist in this specific situation, and was told that they could) I sent a follow up email. 2 days later was told that they can't support with my situation in this specific country.

Lots of time wasted by Sales folks who either were hoping to hit a call target or thought I'd somehow compromise and buy anyway.

Bad ethics, bad experience. Have ~$1mm in payroll we were looking at moving over to a new PEO/EOR but will definitely not be choosing G-P ever!!

Overall great company to work with in terms of Global Hiring. They do their best to help you while ensuring compliance. Our sales rep. has gone above and beyond to ensure we had all we needed. I’m the CHRO for a high growth company, and I have been through the ringer on hiring global team members. We used to set up our own companies in every country but doing so was limiting our growth and ability to retain team members, so we decided to try using an employer of record. I started working with Globalization Partners about a year ago and it has been wonderful. I cannot believe it can be this easy to employ team members in other countries! We are going to use them for all our international hires going forward, and are likely to transfer our existing international headcount over to them and shut down our international branch offices where possible.
We did have a false start with a low-cost vendor… huge mistake! Buyer beware. Lots of promises that weren’t delivered. We lost candidates because they couldn’t get employment contracts out. When we did see draft employment offers, they were so bad that our GC pulled the plug on the relationship. It was a nightmare to choose the wrong vendor.
With Globalization Partners, they’ve handled challenging onboardings and even helped us negotiate a termination in Europe. It was so much easier than the ones I have handled on my own. This company seems so well run. and it is easier than having my own infrastructure and lawyers. I could not recommend them more highly.

What I like about Globalization Partners is that their concept is customer service and compliance first, and the software supports their concept. From the first call to inquire about their services to any ongoing calls, they are happy to collaborate with you on any out of the box concepts and recommend future improvements to your own process. Hiring internationally can be daunting but when you have the right company who walks you though it step by step, you realize the potential to build in more countries to maximize your revenues.
