Global Hola has been a huge success for our company. Their oversight during the matching helped us find a good match in a reasonable amount of time and they are excellent at checking in and providing support while we work with our virtual assistant. Overall a great facilitator to helping our company scale by offloading work to virtual assistants. The assistant they paired us with is amazing and an excellent fit.

This company hires really amazing talent. That was obvious during my selection of 3 candidates to interview. From the very start of my involvement with Globalhola, my company’s needs have been very important to them. I met the owners and they are right up the road from me in Tennessee! During my selection of a virtual assistant, the onboarding process was simple but very detailed. Jovanny masterfully helped us interview our selected candidates, so that we were positive we found the best assistant to help grow my business-Legal Peace. Our assistant is really amazing!! She has my needs front and center and updates me daily with an easy to digest ‘end of day’ report so that I can quickly and easily track her progress. I knew the competition was not a good fit for me when I experienced their high pressure sales tactics. Globalhola has none of that nonsense and treats their virtual assistants very well, so they want to do a great job for me. That is not the case with other companies I considered- only briefly- which showed me even more, how awesome Globalhola is.

Overpromised and underdelivered. Not worth the money.

I have been working with Globalhola for about 6 weeks. I have been very pleased with the level of help I am getting from my assistant, Celina. She is efficient, creative, consistent and has great problem-solving skills. The administrative team is also very responsive and supportive. So far it has been a positive experience and I feel like we are putting together a great team to help my business grow. Highly recommend!
