I recently purchased a trip to Italy for my family and myself with the help of a Globalfares senior consultant, Mr. Dimitri Avrutin. I subsequently sought out his help and advice on items such as travel insurance, date changes and more, and I cannot express my gratitude enough for his outstanding customer service, support, amount of knowledge and availability. Not only was I able to book a trip that suits my needs and schedule at a highly competitive price, but Mr. Avrutin advised me on some great and inexpensive travel related services that will help us a lot. It is the second time I use Globalfares for international travel, and I could not be happier with price and customer service. Highly recommend!

We looked at several different companies, but the service Kristina provided, the cost/value of the tickets and her responsiveness were superior to all other companies we considered. We will be working with her and Global Fares in the future!!

I was overall very happy with my experience. Buying a ticket through global fares was super easy. Compared to my internet searches the prices were cheaper than what I could find, and the process was so fast. It was very nice to have someone find the flight instead of me sorting through tons of comparisons and filling in the information once I chose. The only thing I would improve on was being told a little more of what to expect. I am used to having a flight confirmation email two seconds after I make a reservation. I didn't know I would sign a waver and then a day later have the flight all set. It would have given me a little more peace of mind to know to expect that time sequence, and what's behind it. Another extra info that would be helpful I think related to insurance. I saw on the waver that you strongly recommend it. I wondered if that's something that is only done via the airline after purchase or through you. Some conversation and direction about that would have been helpful as well. Kristina herself was very efficient, professional and helpful. I had called a couple weeks ago and she answered all my questions and didn't pressure me to get a ticket at that time, which I appreciated. Overall, it was very easy working with global fares and I feel good about the price and both of those are worth a lot. Thank you.

I've had the pleasure in dealing with Julie Tizenberg my travel coordinator.
I gave her dates and times of when I wanted travel to Greece and within a day I had my Itinerary. When I wanted to see different schedules on my return trip.(JFK or Newark) Julie immediately gave me options.
My experience with Julie was a pleasant one. I highly recommend if you want to travel to Europe e-mail Julie, you will not be disappointed.

Julie Tizenberg is the BEST! She not only helped me find the best deal on airline tickets, she was polite, professional, and personable. I have been searching for the best deal for weeks when I went to this site and I had the perfect fare and itinerary. Signing the forms online and sending them took seconds. In less than 30 minutes we received all the information needed. I had talked to representative from other companies and some were so difficult to understand I just gave up. On other sites, therew were fares advertised - but upon closer look there was always a catch. I will use Globalfares from now on. And I wish Julie Tizenberg would start her own travel agency, because I would be her first customer.

I had been recommended this site by two different friends. They found me a great deal. Katrina is very helpful. I have now recommended it to two friends as well!

Three years ago I came across Globalfares and worked with Gene to arrange for a trip to Europe for me and my family. The rates were very competitive and I was very pleased with Gene's responsiveness and willingness to work with us to finalize the itinerary. Since that time, I have booked three more European trips through Gene and Globalfares.

I was about to book a trip through a different website and because of the high price I was holding out for a better deal. I heard about Global Faress and thought I'd give them look. I worked with Kristina, who not only got me a flight $200 cheaper than what I was about to pay, her service was next level. She made me feel like I was a top level executive. I don't write reviews but because of the outstanding service and price I was given I feel I need to.

Kristina booked tickets from CA to Eastern Europe for our family - the entire process was amazingly smooth and clear. She gave us great rates below all prices on other websites and was super helpful in finding layovers that worked for our schedule. We were able to get great seats and preferred service from the airlines as well. I definitely recommend using her for any international travel. Thank you so much!

I found Kristina last year when I was planning a trip to Europe for myself and my family. She provided quick, efficient service along with flights that fit my schedule and budget. Everything went so smoothly that when we decided to head back to Europe in 2016, I emailed Kristina immediately. She did not disappoint! Within a few days, I had excellent flights at excellent prices for our next European vacation in my hands. Thanks Kristina!!

The guy is unbelievable - excellent service

We had a horrible experience with them. They used points from someone to get really cheap rates on Air Canada round trip to Rome for $825 for both my husband and myself. We had already paid them $2500. We had to get round trip tickets that cost us $6100. Air Canada canceled our tickets and advised us to call the p olice . We called our credit card co. To dispute our original price that Global Fares charged us otherwise it would have cost us $8100. Dimitri our agent wanted us to stop the dispute but we would not. He said they would make up the difference in the fares but as it turned out they refused. I would suggest not using them as they were not ethical at the least. We contacted the Attorney General of Calf. We have a complaint on file with them. In the end we were out about &3500.Susan Elliott

While I have purchased tickets through Globalfare in the past, I must say that recent quotes do not show discounts from what I am seeing directly through the airlines. The website quotes are way off. Recently I configured a trip to europe for this coming December and it showed me a rate of $389/per person. When I enquired about it I was told that the cheapest rate was $1323/per person. That is a significant difference and no reason for me to use Globalfares as going direct with the airlines is showing lower prices.

I was referred to Global by an add that stated wholesale fares. I called and talked to Dimitri who knew his stuff. He found me a fare $400. less than I was getting on regular websites and helped me get services for my 87 year old mom. I have referred Global to others I'd use them again.

I was skeptical and hesitant for the fare that was offered, but the Manager Mr Dimitri emailed me and eased my fears to some degree. I decided to call and speak directly with him. He convinced me and said I didn't have to pay him until I checked out the flight and he also gave me the airlines direct phone number and was confident I would find everything in order. I trusted him and my flight was exactly like I booked it and I even received an e-mail when the flight number changed although same airlines. The biggest advantage was the price was about two hundred dollars less than expedia and some of the others. Highly reccomend giving them a shot
