Bought a cycling jersey for my wife and although I bought the correct size the fit quality is terrible and I need to return it but GCG refuses to accept a return or refund our $. Their policy says that buying the "wrong size" doesn't qualify for a return but I bought the right size and it simply doesn't fit properly and GCG says that isn't a valid reason for returning an item. Are they kidding me? Any cyclist knows that some gear fits well and some doesn't, just like any other article of clothing. What reputable company sells clothing online and refuses to accept returns when an item that simply doesn't fit properly? Stay away from GCG...stay very far away!

Quality jersey's, durable, and comfortable.

Just received my order today and I'm delighted with it. I was kind of expecting not the highest quality item, but took a chance. I'm pleasantly surprised with the jersey and shorts, nice fitting and seems like good quality material. Will order again.

Delivery to Scotland took just over two weeks so not too long.

I've been riding for as long as I can remember and am always looking for bike clothing to make the rides more comfortable. Everything I've ever purchased from here has been perfect for me and my riding. Can't wait for the weather to change so I can continue with my riding and eating 😋

You get your money's worth at Global Cycling Gear with nice garments in fantastic designs.

Like a lot of reviewers on here I’ve ordered multiple times from this company. I love the different styles they offer and the pricing is super reasonable. I’ve not been disappointed with any of my (5) kits yet!
As I’d ordered before I recently placed a new order in the same size. Linda was straight on it informing me their sizing had changed. I re-checked and indeed needed a size smaller then I’d ordered!!
For reference I’m a size 10 with rather chunky legs, I ordered MEDIUM and they fit me perfectly well. (There’s plenty of room in the jersey as I don’t like them skin tight.)
Hope it helps, definitely no worries about ordering from GCG. Just remember delivery is about 3 weeks but it’s worth the wait!!

Customer service is horrible. After waiting 5 weeks to receive my two kits, I open them up to see the chamois is so subpar. It's sewn in two inches back from where it should be. It has seams poorly sewn and running right down the crease between your crotch and legs. Saddle sores would start at mile one. I attempted to return them but all I was offered was a 20% discount on a future purchase. Then they stopped communicating with me. You've been warned.

I have ordered two items from Global Cycling and I am very, very pleased. After my first order, I was so impressed that I returned the following year to order a second gift. I love that I can reach out to GCG and get help from an actual person!

The designs are innovative and well executed. I will continue to order from Globalcyclingear in the future because they produce a quality product at reasonable prices.

I have worn my jersey and bibs at least a dozen times. No problems whatsoever. Fit is perfect and love the design.

Love the different styles and the quality is awesome. The pad could be a little thinner for long distance riding. I have bought several times and the service is great!!

Delivery was slow, but it was expected and I was given regular updates. I'm 5'09" 172lb and wearing a large. I ordered my first jersey at XL and while it fit ok, my exchange was handled seamlessly ( they sent another jersey and I paid for shipping).

My order was a custom jersey with changes to an existing in-stock pattern and I received exactly what I wanted. As a side note I was advised ANY changes can be made to existing jerseys.

I will definitely be ordering again, and already have a list of "must haves", and custom ideas.

I have purchased multiple items from Globalcyclinggear and have never been disappointed.

I have bought a number of bike jerseys from Global Cycling Gear. In general, I have been extremely pleased. I did have one problem, a faulty zipper on one jersey. This was dealt with rapidly, efficiently, and generously, by sending me a replacement jersey free of charge. I strongly recommend them!

I was looking for an 82nd Airborne Division Cycling Jersey and had no luck until I came across Global Cycling Gear. They have a great selection of cycling jerseys and the one I bought is a great fit, lightweight, and I wear it with pride. I even recommended this to a veteran friend who also bought one for himself.

The details of the (2) full set I´ve bought says "Pad: 3D silicone GEL breathable pad", but THIS IS NOT TRUE, the pad is made of "foam" ("sponge"... I don´t know de right word in english). So it´s very weak and not advisable for doing many kilometers (like I do). Very dissapointed with the purchase.

Outstanding from the time order was placed to arrival. Kit material and color are excellent and eye catching. Will continue to update and upgrade my riding gear.
