I purchased an advertising campaign from Global and unfortunately the experience has been extremely disappointing.
I was very clear about the specific Tube location I wanted, and this was repeatedly confirmed to me by the salesperson. However, when the campaign went live, it was placed in a completely different area from what had been agreed.
Had I been informed that my requested location was not available, I would have chosen a different format or site.
After raising the issue, communication completely stopped. Despite multiple emails and WhatsApp messages over several months, I received no response.
Before payment, communication was excellent. Once payment was made and the issue was raised, I was effectively ignored.
Very disappointing experience for a company of this size.

I have to admit, this company is a complete mess. I've tried to get information about pricing but have been ignored twice already. Instead, I keep receiving surveys about my satisfaction with their service. Is this a joke? No one seems to know anything. Employees ask irrelevant questions, collect personal data, and nothing ever comes of it.

Really low quality broadcasts and DJs. Home to several brands all of which are awful. Censors Pro Palestine speech. LBC are racists. Poor all round. Tabloid dross. Why did Trustpilot censor this review first time round? Genuine feedback having listened to x 5 global podcasts recently.

Purchase advertising wasted tons of money they did not deliver waste of money and huge mistake. Don't waste your cash use different alternatives.
