Everything went wrong. Imagine working hard for a year to get experience package for F1 Suzuka GP and in the end get a cancellation for your tickets as actually no package was left for you and than argue to get at least some kind of compensation as Starter package still costs more then a sit at B2 stand but the company thinks different. On the Thursday, when all of the activities start and I could enjoy everything before Friday practice and interviews, I had no tickets. This is the worst experience ever and my vacation is ruined. Don't recommend at all

After complaining on this page, Instagram, and Google, Global Tickets sent the tickets yesterday. BUT they didn't send the complete package. We bought tickets with the expectation of meeting the driver(s), and today (Friday the 20th) they wouldn't let us into the VIP area. They asked for a pass that never arrived. Now we're watching the race from the location Global Tickets chose, not the one we wanted (and bought the tickets from). TERRIBLE SERVICE... NEVER AGAIN
To summarize my complaint, I purchased tickets in November 2025 for the March 2026 MotoGP Brazil event – the Chicane Experience Package, which included race entry, a Guided Paddock Tour, the Team Garage Experience, and the MotoGP™ Rider Appearance. However, I received the tickets one day before the event, which included race tickets and a link for entry to the Chicane. We were denied entry because the Chicane link alone did not work. Printed credentials (which were not received) or a QR code were required, neither of which was included. Therefore, I paid for a package that included seats and the experience, but I only received a seat ticket; I overpaid. Furthermore, customer service stopped responding to emails on Monday, March 16, 2026.

This review is a way of getting support from Glibal Tickets as I see they are responding to those reviews while they do not respond to my emails (sent on November 30th 2025).
So I've bought the 2026 LeMans tickets with camping and I was not informed correctly about the currency I will be charged in - throughout the checkout I saw prices in Polish Złoty (PLN) but on the payment confirmation page in bank I saw that I will be charged in Euro. If I knew that in advance, I would have chosen a Revolut card instead of my domestic card, which cost me like 15+ euro in bank exchange fees!
I wanted to know how can I file a complaint but I did not receive any response to my question, also regarding the General Admission tickets (that I assume are part of the package, but the order summary is so damn unclear that I cannot verify that).
Also, I could only select the camping from Wednesday before the race on the booking page and I read, that the camping is actually open from Friday a week before - so I assume I can camp from that date, but the order confirmation I received does not say that.
Generally I am worried about my LeMans experience looking at how poor the Customer Support from Global Tickets is (in my case at least). I hope I receive my tickets on time and don't have any issues on site.
